Revdex.com spoke with the company and they stated that after they received the certified letter, they called the consumer and talked about the repairs. The gentleman stated that the driveway was not part of the contract. He will be contacting the consumer to talk about the complaint.

Review: We purchased a new house built by T. O'Toole Construction almost 1 year ago. Our punch out list was never addressed and the paved driveway that was promised in the listing is still incomplete! In addition, we have water damage in one of the bathrooms, a front porch step that has completely cracked and disconnected from the rest of the concrete porch and damaged materials used on our hardwood floors that are actually hazardous to walk on (just to name a few of the repairs). On top of the repairs that are needed, the quality of this mans work is that of a first grader. I see drywall tape, damaged trim and molding and paint that was just slapped on, everywhere I look. We have called, sent voicemails, texts and even certified letters with no response other than he was out of town. This just needs to be made right but he has our money and seems to be gone!Desired Settlement: We are not seeking any monetary resolution. We simply want the damaged areas of our home repaired or replaced and for the driveway to be completed.
