He has a yr old computer with XP software which Microsoft does not update or manage He gave me a $deposit however, I had to purchase a new recovery system for $ There will be an additional charge to the repair

We are working on her computer now as I have friend assisting me.? It may be possible I will have to order a recovery system to repair the computer.? I regret the delay, but I had a set back and was in the hospital.? ?

Mr*** called & wanted his computer fixedInstead of bringing me the whole computer, which most people do, & is standard procedure, he brought in the hard drive onlyI thought
this was highly unusualI went ahead & installed his hard drive into my computer & spent to 1/hours of my time trying to help himHe then decided that he didn't want anything else done & took his hard drive & leftThe next few days I was ill & not in the store or able to be reachedI had a sign on the front door closed due to illnessHe then went to my wife's place of employment at *** Supermarket, where she is a checker, & harassed her in front of her customersShe was very upset & angryI resent him bothering my wife regarding my businessI discussed this with Swansea PoliceThey said if he showed up there again he would be removed from the premisesNot only that, but when he was getting out of his car to come into my store his hand slipped & completely broke out the neighbors window, which I am now responsible for replacingHe knew he had broken it but never mentioned it or showed any care or concernI feel that between the amount of time that I spent with him & the cost of me replacing the window that he broke, $is not being out of reasonIn order to resolve this disagreement I am willing to mail him a new hard drive free of charge

Our company spent over hours trying to to fix this computerRepairs are limited due to the hard drive being out of dateWe were contacted by the customer asking us not to contact him at the number we had on file, leaving us no way to contact him for a pick up dateWe can not submit a refund due to the hours of work that we have in to the repairs, however he can pick up his computer at any time

He has a 15 yr old computer with XP software which Microsoft does not update or manage.  He gave me a $120 deposit however, I had to purchase a new recovery system for $60.  There will be an additional charge to the repair.

Our company spent  over 10 hours trying to to fix this computer. Repairs are limited due to the hard drive being out of date. We were contacted by the customer asking us not to contact him at the number we had on file, leaving us no way to contact him for a pick up date. We can not submit a refund due to the hours of work that we have in to the repairs, however he can pick up his computer at any time.
