4-phone call log from that time period TPS SUPPLY CORP fully understands the complaint issued by the customer and yes, her business does matter, very much so.The customer received the "meter ticket" from the driver, which unfortunately had an incorrect price per gallon on itThe deliveries are billed out, not by the delivery drivers, but by a member of our office staff, who before mailing out invoices, must review the delivery made and check for errorsThe meter ticket had an error on it, and was corrected before it was sent out in invoice form to the customer, as their job duties require.(It is not asked for the customer to ever pay a bill from a meter ticket, the meter ticket is just that, a ticket showing the gallons metered through the delivery truck,which is inspected by the State of New York.)We do however; ask that the customer pay an invoice"mailed to them within days, not to exceed days.That is written on every invoice, this where the difference between a "meter ticket" and an "invoice"come into playThe customer service representative had no invoice to go off of, since the billing department had not even received the ticket back from the delivery truck,let alone bill the delivery outThe representative was only going by what our current "Pre buy Special" is and the data in front of her.For all involved, from the customer to the service representative, it is a terrible misfortune in what transpiredTPS SUPPLY CORP stands by its word and the customer will only pay what she was quoted, and nothing more.It is my hope that I have brought clarity to the issue, and that this has now been resolvedIn response to the"Desired Settlement" from the customer on the Revdex.com form, yes, this was not her error, she has been heard and her business does matter.I would be more than happy to answer any questions that she may have now or in the future, and when she calls to place an order she can ask for me directly.Julie *** TPS SUPPLY CORP Office Manager *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My only comment is that if you are not supposed to pay from the meter ticket, then an door hanger envelope should not be attached or say to please send payment. Additionally, if a customer calls, the customer service representative should listen and check the account prior to response. I do, however, appreciate the rectification of the complaint.
