Complaint[redacted] of T and R Drywall Scott King Rd, Durham NC took money from me to pay for materials for a job for fema money being held by mortgagecompany until he submitted reports of the charges. He vanishes last week without the money for suppies given to him by meand did not produce the spplies of materias not finish the work. He calleda week ago ad said he had a death.if he is not going to complete the job I need money for materials back and will get another person to complete joy. He will not likely to getinsurance money for he refused and failed to submit papwerwork to the mortgage co to get check released. now it cannot be released to the bothof us as the mortgage co said, with the paperwork because he had not donethe job. He cannot be contacted. the company T and R drywall is not in service and the company apparently out of business. He cannot becontacted. the cell no he gave me nor email he does not respond to.I need him noticed he need to return my money so I can get my house repairedand return the money for the materials I gave him he for them that he did not produce.He will not be paid for an uncompleted job nor his turning in the paperworkto Ocwen. I need get someone who will turn in the paperwork and completemy job. My life is on hold. He totally was unprofessional and his companydoes not exist. He has my noney for matierals I don't have.Desired Settlementreturn of money for materials and I get another contractor who will do the work. Since two contractors cannot be paid, he will get nothing for the work he has done. Unless he completes the word by this weekend, I will have to get someone else and the money will go to them. [redacted] will get no money for paperwork was not turned in. If he turns it in after I pay someone else to complete the work, the mortgage co will only pay the contractor who completed the work .want [redacted] to contract me ASAP
