Kurt is sending the moccasins back so that I can try them on I will need to try the shoes on to see if they fit Ive been asked to removed the sheepskin insole to try to make the boot fitI am willing to try them on although, I think that removing the inside and trying different ways to may the boot fit shouldn't be the responsibility of the customer Considering the boots were due to me in November and its May, I have very dissatisfied with the interactions and deliver of the product. I will try on the boots If they are not to satisfaction, I feel that I am in the right to request a refund and will pursue this

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The moccasins were delivered months late Its now been months since I should have had the moccasins and been able to wear and enjoy them I understand the no refund however, it does state that the workmanship is guaranteed In addition, I cannot and will not use the product Asking me to wait another months for a new pair when I paid does not seem like a reasonable solution Business should stand behind a product and when they admit that the product was not made to their standard, they should be willing to refund the consumer I feel that because they admit to the poor condition of the moccasin, they are admitting it is not what I ordered This is not fault of mine Please consider a more appropriate solution.

Update, I received a number of images from *** ***, in reviewing the images I concur that there are a couple of areas on the leather that need to be corrected due to glue marksHer assessment that they do not fit her leg is due to the fact that she will not lace themThe moccasins MUST be laces PROPERLY for them to fit PROPERLY around the legIn and effort to address her concerns and general unhappiness we have offered to remake her custom moccasins free of charge immediatelyAll that is required is that she make them available for *** to pick them up and provide us with the original patters sent with her moccasinsAs per our policy and contact, we do not offer refunds on deposits or moccasinsI have attached her contract to this email. Catskill Mountain Leather CoInc.*** is correct that there was a problem with the stitches coming undone on the inlay upon receipt of her new custom made moccasinsI immediately sent her a pre paid *** shipping label to return them for immediate repairUpon receiving them the flaw was corrected and we were ready to return them within a couple of daysHer complaints that they are of poor quality are unfoundedShe has refused to elaborate on exactly what is of poor qualityI have numerous images of her custom moccasins and will provide them if requestedWe have attempted to address her complaint about them fitting incorrectly by requesting her to tell us exactly where they are not fittingShe has refused to tell usHowever, in there letter to the Revdex.com she mentions that she is unable to lace themThis is impossibleI have a video on our website on how to lace them which she should watchThe link is ***
If there are any issues that we can fix, we will do so immediatelyWe have asked her repeatedly, as least times, for her current address so we can return her moccasins to herShe had moved earlier and this created a problem delivering them the first timeShe just email us a few minutes ago with her current address and they will be shipping out today.
