This boat was not purchased thru Smith II Marine LLC. They have no sales receipt from Smith II Marine, LLC. They have a sales receipt from Sky Harbor Marine, which is the Marine dealer they purchased it from. (Please ask the [redacted] to provide the sales receipt from Sky Harbor Marine and not Smith II...

Marine) Sky Harbor Marine is owned by Mr. [redacted] Heise, a friend of mine that brings some of his merchandise for sale because I have more traffic and exposure than he does. All merchandise that Ski Harbor Marine sells is thru Ski Harbor Marine and [redacted] takes care of all the money and transactions through him. I do this as a favor and make no money to display boats at Smith II Marine. I have sold hundreds of boats, snowmobiles, atv’s, and other things for [redacted] and this is the first incidence that I have experienced with any of his merchandise. This boat was traded into Sky Harbor Marine and [redacted] told me that it was checked by his mechanics. Yes the [redacted] had problems and [redacted] and I attempted to correct the problems. The last time they brought the boat in, [redacted] diagnosed the problem to bad fuel pumps. He rebuilt the fuel pumps and water tested the boat before they came to get it. A month goes by and I get a phone call from Mrs. [redacted] telling me that the motor was giving them problems and what they should do. I told them I did not sell them the boat and they needed to contact [redacted]. I then contacted [redacted] and he stated that he never received a call from them but would call them back. With the low compression as they stated, the motor would have not run at all. What he is describing to me is low compression that could be a simple thing as a blow head gasket, and this could have happened during the month they used the boat and then called to tell me of their problems. I always answered their e mails and talked to them on the phone. I cannot answer for [redacted], I can only tell u what my conversations were with [redacted] and he stated he did attempt to call the back. As far as the repair bill most shops charge approx. $500.00 per cylinder, this being a 6 cylinder should cost $3000.00 to rebuild and any marine dealer have access to remanufactured block with a 2 year warrantee for $2700.00. What game are we playing???  I simply was doing a friend of mine (No way shape or form is Ski Harbor Marine or [redacted] Heise associated with Smith II Marine) a favor. Michael [redacted] did not purchase a boat with my company, Smith II Marine, LLC.  He purchased this boat via a private party whom we are not affiliated with as a business. Any issue he has had, with the sale of the boat he purchased, has nothing to do with Smith II Marine, LLC. Any communications we had with Mr. [redacted], we directed him to contact the private seller as we did not sell him this boat. No money or receipt for this boat purchase was made between Michael [redacted] and Smith II Marine, LLC. Thank You, [redacted] Smith II Marine, LLC W6111 CR A New Lisbon WI 53950 608-562-5977
