took my sons bike to him because the chain would not stay on / told him up front did not just need tightened my husband had done that already /he noticed the tires flat advd he could fix also / could had I known at the time he did not have the skills to fix the chain I surely would never paid money on tires for a non working bike / paid in advance so my son could come without me to get the bike / he tried to ride the bike as soon as he got it and the chain came off again immediately within feet from the house / called the owner of this business and he said that he does not guarantee his work if you do not purchase from him and was not interested in the fact I still had a broken bike with new tires / he would do nothing for the chain he had no talent to fix / so I paid 25.00 to this man for nothingProduct_Or_Service: bike repairOrder_Number: non givenAccount_Number: none givenDesired Settlementthis information put out to all in this area so maybe they will not be ripped off by this scam artist / I actually got the money back that I paid from my credit card because they actually cared about the fraudulent ways of this merchant / so he owes me nothing but if he cared about his business and reputation he could pay back capitol one / but that will not happen he made that clear when he treated me terrible on the telephone / I would like this to stay in the system as long as possible
