MrMabire claims he sent back "Unconditional Release of Lien to me, & flood insurance back in MarchIns has no proof of document, need it to proceed
Have called, emailed, texted, MrMabire since back in February, sent him certified, registered letter, got green card someone signed, but no "Release of Lien" from him, flood insurance has several times called, & emailed him alsoSaid he sent document back in late March, but never received by insuranceNeed this document badly so new contractor can finish repairs that still need to be finishedMrMabire was paid for work he did, is owed NO MONEY, so he needs to comply with this simple request, stop stalling
During hurricane Harvey, my family and I were negatively impacted; losing almost everything we've ever ownedAfter the disaster we decided to hire a company called Bobby Mabire Home Solutions who promised us quality work and hopeWe did not receive eitherThe company is very suspect as they did terrible work, did not clean up after themselves and most importantly they came into business exactly five days after Hurricane HarveyI believe that they did this purposefully to take advantage of other peoples miseryThis company should not be in business and they should have to face federal penalties due to the fact that they are taking money from government organizations without doing the proper work
