I show Mr T*** purchasing the spindles on 8/25/they shipped 8/26/2015 *** and were delivered on 8/31/There are no notes in Mr T*** order of whom he would have talked to We have sold many many many of these spindles and I can't imagine someone telling
him he should not turn the steering wheel so far so the tire wouldn't hit the suspension I would think we would have told him the following per special instructions for Dodge spindlesDOGDE OLDER SPINDLE CONVERSION- AND DOWN OLDER -NEED TO USE ROTORS(PART #5315) TO MAINTAIN BOLT PATTERN -FLIP TIE RODS -REQUIRES LARGER INNER BEARING ON AND DOWN CODE11 -REVERSE TAP OF BJ FOR MORE CLEARANCE -DODGE 1TN SHOULD WORK FINE -AND UP SHOULD BE BOLT-ON Mr T*** installed the spindles and called basically days after purchase and after they were installedWe have not had a problem with these spindles in the many years we have been selling themIf Mr T*** would call us and ask for Jimmer, Yuri or Joy we would love to help him out so he can enjoy his installed product. Our Customer placed an order and it shipped on 12/09/Order #*** Merchandise total % shipping and handling $Total order $632.8612/14/Customer called and the following is what the sales person who took the call wrote in the customer file notes pertaining to
the return of the merchandise. 12/14/customer has no way of cutting, needs BRACKET-inches tall & BRACKET-lowers JQ 12/14/customer has no idea what hes doing and will be returning kit 15% restock fee (per *** due to damaged package..JQ RA# 6456. Customer made us aware he received a damaged package and yet he agreed to return the package with the RA# given and the 15% restocking feeWe received the package 12/21/and refunded the customer $485.86, which is the 15% restocking fee less shipping costWe shipped the package, UPS damaged it and to recover some or part of the shipping we or the customer would have needed to put in a damage claimIt is too late now to recoup some or all of the shipping from UPSWe were not made aware the customer wanted his shipping refunded as he agreed to the return based on not knowing how to install the kit and needing something other than he orderedWe feel we did our part and refunded as agreed toThe carrier damaged the package, we are unable to do anything at this late date on the shipping. Thank YouLinda

My understanding from reading the notes in the customer file is that as of 8/1/ the customer is returning to us for a full refund If the customer has tracking numbers for the parts showing they have been shipped back to us I can give a refund based on the return
tracking. ThanksLinda

I checked into the customers complaint and noticed the order was sent regular ground UPS with an arrival date of today 10/1/15, which is a day shipping time I did not listen to the phone call to see if the customer ordered the items day air or not. I have refunded the customer for
the expedited fee ( $19.00) and the shipping fee ($29.00) The total refunded to the customers card is 48.00. Thank You***

This customer called back asking for instructions or install information, I walked him through the install and install instructions on our website he was content when we talked didn't have any issues after he was familiar, I believe it was after this complaint, pictures sent had a few available
upgrades for his kit also that I told him he can purchase with the kit We believe we have taken care of the customer

Linda Are are you saying that airbagit are going to credit us for the shipping cost plus the full purchase priceWe have everything boxed up ready to go back will have to take to upsI have already paid $extra to get parts to us that they didn't send to us in the first placeThe tracking number is not going to tell them how much shipping isThere is a lot of heavy boxesWe would be willing for you to send a pick up order and the shipping would be shipped to you on your accountIt was not our fought that airbagit sent us the wrong parts (twice)***

I am sorry to hear that the customer thinks we are getting no where when in fact I just read emails this morning that tell me we are working with him, we have asked for certain measurements ect...we received the photos and didn't see the exact problem and it appears that some of the problems may not have anything to do with our kit however, via email we have asked for more info to attempt to help our customerI don't know what more he wants as we are not the installer and we certainly need the information from him to help him, accusations of lack of help due to the email process I don't understand, we are not in his state and can only work with him via email to determine any issues that pertain to our kit. I await to see if our customer wants to go forward with us or nota lot of time and energy has been spent by both parties and lack of cooperation and accusations by our customer means we may be at a stand stillOur customer has threatened legal action and once he gets an attorney involved then there isn't any communication except thru the attorneysHopefully we will be able to work things out

No resolve has been made, just a bunch of emailsMore consumer cost to incur while working to resolve this
advertised "100% bolt on kit" Consumer has spent to date $for shop modifications to install this 100% bolt on kitEmail responses from Joe Morrow, Joe states he is doing consumer a favor while working to make corrections and have vehicle operate safely on roadwaysAll responses state my vehicle must be uniquely manufactured from Ford assembly line back in I purchased this vehicle and have been the only owner throughout it's history, no suspension modifications were made on this vehicle until this regrettable purchase was made by myselfJoe is also stating this assembly line vehicle can differ so greatly there is no way to build a 100% bolt on kit, Joe makes it sound that in assembly a person is making components as the vehicle moves down the assembly line, no are the sameSo therefore stated by Joe M*** all issues I've incurred while installing this advertised 100% bolt on kit is the installers problem to correct, but he is now doing me a favor in helping to get this now unsafe vehicle to a safe operating condition.I would love to be satisfied with this expensive purchase/install and have vehicle operate in a safe roadworthy manner.....But this is not where we are today

This company is a bunch of charlatans.? They just try to sell you as much items as they can, they loose nothing from providing bad products and services.? Absolute junk!

Our customer Danielle from [redacted] placed two previous orders [redacted] for 6 barstools  before placing this order [redacted] . We cancelled both of the previous orders due to lack of stock. This order was placed on 8/12/15. Our salesperson got in contact with Danielle to let her...

know we only had 1 barstool left.  She said she would see if that would work for them and would let him know. Danielle got back in touch with our sales person stating one would work  and we shipped the one barstool on 8/21/15. She was aware this was our last one.The next contact from the customer came on 10/12/15 approx. 2 months from the time of her order. Customer stated they would like to return the barstool. After 2 months time our policy is a restock fee the product can not have been used, must be in resale condition and the customer pays the shipping.    This customer can return the item as long as it is in resale condition. We do not pay for shipping because they have changed their mind or because they found and purchased similar items elsewhere.We will refund the customer once the item is received back in resale condition. I am sorry that the customer isn't happy with our policies or customer service. We feel we were up front in letting her know we only had one barstool left.  ThanksLinda

I am sorry for not responding I guess I thought I had.This customer has returned the first partial kit and kept the 2nd kit the salesman sent as a no charge exchange. I think everything is good now.Thank You,Linda
