The contractor was aware he needed to apply for a permitBecause he was pouring the apron and sidewalkHe did not, I confirmed this with the cityIf he did what he suppose to be done the city inspector would had to give his approval of the pourConfirm base was correctWhat he said was not done no tons of gravel was usedNo water truck was on driveway where did they get this storyContract states yrWarranty no fine print what he statesWhat does warranty cover then?
