Mann Lumber was contracted to provide 1650 square feet of custom milled hardwood flooring for my residence. A 50% deposit in the ammount of [redacted] was placed over phone for the order on [redacted] 2015. The arrangement was that in the flooring would be delivered in three weeks time and the remainder would be paid upon delivery and acceptance of the product. As of [redacted] product has not been delivered. Attempts to reach Mann Lumber are ignored, as they will not return my calls or emails. Owner will not supply a delivery date for the product. Mann lumber took an order for hardwood flooring to be milled at their location and accepted a [redacted] deposit, never produced a product or refunded me On [redacted] I placed an order for 1950 sqft of flooring. I then authorized a [redacted] deposit to be taken from my debit card. It was agreed between myself and [redacted] that this order would be ready for pick up no later then the [redacted] of [redacted] He then requested numerous extensions of which I granted, finally on the [redacted] he said he would not be able to fill my order and agreed to refund me my deposit. As of today [redacted] he still has not returned the [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like my deposit returned in full
