I told this company that I wanted to cancel the service because I was not happy with their serviceI still had a bug problem even after they came to my house to treat the houseI canceled the service in SeptemberThe company said they would send a manager out to my houseMy wife told them not to send a manager because we wanted to cancel the serviceThen the company claimed they sent someone to my house in November to spray the house and get ride of the bugsNo one came to our house and we still had wasp nest on the outside of my house that I had to take down myselfThe pest control claims they had someone come to our houseWe canceled the service way before thisIf they would have treated the house like they claimed the tech would have taken down the wasp nestIn the past when we were watching the tech they would take down any wasp nestMy wife and I were not home when the company claims to treat our houseWe did not authorize this service because we cancelled the service
This company was originally hired for my investment property to resolve an infestation which I paid upfront $for the initial treatment in which they failed to resolve despite numerous complaints by myself and the management company I dropped this company and went with another who resolved the issued within days/weeks I am now being billed for services in which could not have been performed for another company was providing the service and the tech would not and could gain entrance to the property
We hired this company to conduct pest control services and even after following their exact instructions, we still have all of the pests we had before
This company came out on different occasions to provide pest control servicesWe paid them $for this service and the roaches, ants and fleas are worseThe other pests are still presentWe have followed their directions for pre-treatment and after treatmentWe do not feel it is right of a company to charge this much for services that were not rendered properly and no refund of our money when the service was not completedWe attempted several phone calls and the company does not offer any voicemail service and you have to fill out a form online to get anyone to even contact youThey make advertising
I usually dont write bad reviews, but this has me over the edgeHopefully no one experience what we didFor the first time in our lives we had bed bugs in ONE room of our house hopefully we cached it on timeYes, is very embarrassing!!! we immediately took action and contact Florida PEST CONTROLThe first visit was very nice, we felt very confident this wasnt going to go well and smoothwell, we were wrong!! :( We are not pest control professionals to knowbut we understood that the price of $was going to be if the entire house came negativeluckily we only had one room, the rest of the house was declared CLEAN :) YAY! For OVER WEEKS one day a week the ONE room was getting treated and every week they found one or two- For OUR SURPRISED we were getting charge the full price $we tried to fight thatBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! it was we either pay the full price $like if they did the entire house!! or they wont finish the jobin fact they admitted they did the job wrong they the entire house should of been treated...OVER FIVE WEEK LATER THEY SAID THEY MADE A MISTAKE, BUT WE HAVE TO PAY THE FULL PRICE!!!!!!
for sure they are NOT professional!!! we ended up paying the full amount for ONE room $NOTE: every tuesday the guy was coming to check just that one room for less than minVERY DISJOINTEDNED

Before you pay for the service do yourself a favor and get everything in writing The salesman came to our home and promised they would do all of these things that never came to fruition When I called the local manager said they offer everything described but that is when you pay for two services He then proceede to tell me no company in Florida does it under one price Please look at the competition because they do I paid them for the poor service and asked them politely to cancel our service and to please put us on their do not call list Unless you want techs coming up to your house unannounced when the sales pitch is we will always call at least a day before and then spend very little time at your house and charging you $every three months do not go with this company!
I have tried to resolve this since June My contention is that there was no lawn service on the day they stated as my husband was here and I had work being done in my back yard and we were not even able to have the lawn cut that week due to construction I have written numerous letters, e-mails and placed phone calls to the manager who initially agreed with me and said he would take care of the charge They refuse to respond to any communication and are now wanting to send this to a collection agency I can provide you with a copy of all the correspondence and dates if you provide me with an address I have excellent credit, always pay on time, and don't appreciate the way this has been handled or the stress it has caused me Last correspondence was Octwhere I told them they would leave me no choice but to report them if I did not receive some resolution to the matter I have not heard from them except to send me another statement threatening a collection agency Would very
