The issue with Mr [redacted] steps have been resolvedWe were in contact with him, the entirety of the issue, and explained to him, that it would take some time, due to his project was completedWe had other larger projects that were still open, and because, of weather it was urgent that, we finished themHe seemed to be understanding of the explanation but, by his numerous complaints to different agencies we, now know he was not as agreeable as we thoughtWe are now, just waiting for the final inspection to be completed which, has been scheduled for Thursday, November 30, Thank you for your time, and attention

Mr [redacted] , Claims we have caused damaged to his property equal to the amount of $20,We examined the issue, and find that amount to be grossly exaggerated, and offered to have the issue rectifiedWe are in contact with Mr [redacted] attempting to reach a fair solution both, parties can agree upon

I apologize for my delay in response to the complaint issued by Mr [redacted] , regretfully we did fail to comply to his request in cleaning his chimneyWe have issued him a $refund as he requested, with an apologyThough, it is no excuse we have come up on our busy season, and are in the middle of a company restructure, and had some larger projects that needed our undivided attentionGoing forward we will do our best, to answer any future complaints in a more timely fashionThank you for your time, and attention to this matterPlease, let me know if any thing further is needed

As, a follow up to my previous email I added pictures so, that you may see the scratches that were made to Mr***' floorIt is our professional opinion that, with proper sanding, and re-coating to the wood, the scratches can be correctedWith regards to the liner we have been installing liners for the entire duration of our company being in businessMr*** has yet to pay for the job performed by my company other than, the initial $deposit he gave to us, which was used towards the material installed in his fireplaceWhen Mr*** first approached us with the matter of his floors he requested $800, off the job we had already completedHe also, states he is skeptical that the installation of the liner; etcwas done properly, that is the reason we applied for a permit, and have to gain approval from the Town of Boonton to insure that the liner is up to codeMr*** has yet to return any of our calls, I also, attempted to respond to his email, by hitting reply to the email he sent, and received a mail delivery errorI am eager to resolve this matter, I have contacted Mr*** as recent as today, and received no answer. Mr*** would be the best way please, forward the information we do need him available for a final inspection
