Review: I ordered some teas online on their website and was called the next day stating that the card could not be read on the computer. So with a couple of attempts to contact owner, [redacted] to give the card number, I finally got in touch with her 2 days after I placed the online order (2/**/13). She didn't know what my order was and rushed me off the phone after I told her who I was and asked if she had my order in front of her, she said yes and rushed me off the phone. I called three days after that to say my tea did not arrive. On the fourth day, one tea arrived which was larger than I originally ordered and the rest of my order never came. I called her to tell her that it was incorrect and she didn't know my name or who I was again, I stated my name and address and read her my original order again and she said it will go out immediately and she would give me credit for half the cost of the large tea that she mailed to me. Well I have been calling every two days and still no tea, she told me that the tea was delivered on Friday, February [redacted], but I didn't see it on my front door nor did I sign for any package and she said it was stolen. She never gave me a tracking number or researched this for me she only tells me how busy she is and all the shows she has gone to. I am fed up with this woman and her company, she is very rude to her employees also. I know this because I have been in her shop. She is horrible and I want either my tea or a refund since she already charged my credit card.Desired Settlement: I want something done about this woman and her company, I will never order from her again. This is horrible to deal with her, she is not the nicest person and she made the mistake not me.
