Ordered t-shirts from T-shirt Cafe online but never received.5/12/14 placed order for 59 shirts, cost $545 + $32.71 shipping for total of $577.90 paid in full with [redacted] Requested delivery to [redacted] by 6/9/14. Order# [redacted]XXXXXXXX.6/1/14 shirts received in [redacted]6/2/14 I sent email to company stating three shirts incorrectly printed. Reply email same day stating "we will correct."6/4/14 I sent email to company asking if they could add three new shirts since they were correcting others. Mr. [redacted] said yes and sent me an invoice [redacted] for $27.54.6/5/14 I paid the invoice for $27.54 in full with [redacted]6/18/14 I arrived in ** but new and corrected shirts did not arrive.6/20/14 I emailed company, reply same day from Mr. [redacted] stating he would call me when he arrived in the office. To date, there has not been a reply from Mr. [redacted]. Each week since I have emailed Mr. [redacted] but have not received any correspondence or calls from him. Additionally, I completed a complaint form from his website, but still nothing.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of my $27.54 for the three shirts that were paid for but not received. I would also like the three t-shirts that were to be corrected but were not, replaced at no additional cost to me.
