It's says upon inspection of goods, customer is to pay the remaining balance if said product meets approvalThe customer inspected the product and paid without complaintThe customer then took possession of the product from usA month later she calls us to complain about a few shirts and to check the status of the back orderI said I would contact her when her backorder was ready and then I asked her to bring the shirts in question over for inspectionAt this point she brought more than a "few" T shirts over but cases or about 1/the orderI informed her that We try and solve simple problems on our end at our discretionHowever after the shirts have been inspected and final payment is made there are no returns or exchangesUpon inspection of said product we found that the shirts met industry standardsIf not exceeded themAt that point We offered her reimbursement for the shirts on back order and the shirts that had the incorrect ink color on the frontWe will also remove all photos from the website

The customer then took possession of the product from us. A month later she calls us to complain about a few shirts and to check the status of the back order. I said I would contact her when her backorder was ready and then I asked her to bring the shirts in question over for inspection. At this point she brought more than a "few"
T shirts over but 3 cases or about 1/2 the order. I informed her that We try and solve simple problems on our end at our discretion. However after the shirts have been inspected and final payment is made there are no returns or exchanges. Upon inspection of said product we found that the shirts met industry standards. If not exceeded them. At that point We offered her reimbursement for the 19 shirts on back order and the 3 shirts that had the incorrect ink color on the front. We will also remove all photos from the website.
