To Whom it May Concern:We have had several communications with this customer regarding her orderIt is my understanding that it has been resolvedThere were several factors that went into the length of time it took for her job including the Thanksgiving Holiday and additional services that were
added to her order that were not included in the initial 2-week estimate that she mentionsWhen the blank garments were ordered from *** *** had no impact what-so-ever on the completion of her order. Her job was completed within the time-frame that was given to herWhen she first approached us with this complaint we offered to issue a refund for the finishing services that were extending her completion ti,e in order to ship her order within week time frame initially quoted and she declined, opting instead to get everything that she has paid for and waiting the extra week that added to our production end date
Review: 11/4/15 I placed an order for 25 t-shirts paying $468.61. I approved the artwork on 11/9/15. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my t-shirts. I was told by [redacted] that it would take 2-3 weeks for me to receive the order. I called t-shirt mojo on 11/30/15, and spoke with [redacted]. She would only state that I would get my merchandise soon. After insisting that she tell me more, She told me they received the t-shirts the week of the 23rd which was over 2 weeks after I placed the order. The t-shirts were coming from [redacted]. It states from their website that if an order is made before 2 or 3 p.m. (depending on shipping), it will be shipped on the same day. So if t-shirt mojo would have place the order from [redacted] the day after I approved the artwork, I would have my merchandise by now.Thanksgiving was 11/26 so of course they were closed but with as much time as I gave t-shirt mojo, I should have had my merchandise by now. So, after speaking with [redacted] she stated that the t-shirts should be shipping from t-shirt mojo next week, a month after I order the merchandise. The t-shirt order number is [redacted]. This poor customer service is unacceptable. I did email Ms. [redacted] yesterday who is stated by the Revdex.com to be the sole proprietor. She has not responded.Desired Settlement: I want the merchandise I paid for in a timely manner. I'm still waiting on the t-shirts to arrive.
