Mr [redacted] , I am aware that you would prefer mobile phone call, I am however in the process of checking in and accommodating rooms for the [redacted] today and I am unable to call I did inform Customer Care of this On 11/2/I received a call from [redacted] at the Revdex.com in regards to a submission from you I received the email 11/2/and was awaiting further instruction from the Property Owner as he is the only one who handles these types of cases On 11/3/I received an open care case from Customer Care in regards to the Revdex.com complaint The system does show that your reservation was booked through hotels.com with a pay at hotel service and it was booked on 6/12/at pm, ( I have read your complaint I am aware that you did not receive a confirmation from hotels.com) in which on 10/21/*** called you with the number provided to inquire about your 1st night no show I have spoken to the property owner and shown him your file he states the following: As it was booked on 6/and the reservation was due for check in 10/the guest had ample time to call hotels.com to make sure that they in fact did or did not have a reservation I am willing to provide a percent refund to the guest due to the situation We were sold out that night because of *** if he would like to accept this offer have him reply back to the email with the title *** I do hope that this can be a common ground and that both parties can take responsibility for their roles in the situation This email was typed and sent via [redacted] the hotel manager.Thank you Mr [redacted] and I look forward to your response.Best Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for your response. I am responding back with [redacted] in the title. 50% is fair in my opinion. I understand completely what the manager is saying but he has to understand on our end we did attempt to cancel and assumed it all went through fine. We asked for even just some refunded. Please refund us the 50% and we would be happy to change our Revdex.com rating. Thank you[redacted]
