I ordered 40 items I only received 20. I wasnt made aware that I would only be receiving 20 items. On the Conformation email-[redacted] on [redacted]-track number. I spoke with the Costumer service rep she stated the this has never happen as if it was my fault they didn't send the correct info. She didn't let me speak with a manager. Business Response The customer should have received a 2nd email with the 2nd tracking #. It's possible that it either didn't go out due to a computer glitch or that it got caught in the customer's spam folder. The customer will be receiving the rest of her order within the amount of time promised. We would be happy to give her a coupon that would be good for $10.00 her next order of $50.00 or more. If she wants to return the order before 08/20/15, we would be happy to send her a prepaid [redacted] label & issue her a refund for the merchandise once we receive it. However, we cannot be held responsible and/or compensate her for promises she made to her own customer. Our customer service manager was on her lunch break at the time of her call & the customer stated she would call back in an hour but never did.

I paid for 2 day air shipping and the package came in 5 days. I called for a refund just for the extra shipping, and they offered no resolution. My name is [redacted]. On 04/07/2016 I ordered (15) Sportsman - 12 inch Solid Knit Beanies SP12 item # 83995500 . the total amount I spent on the hats was $36.45 and I spent an extra $28.36 for 2 day shipping. However, the package didn't arrive until 04/12/2016. The website says constantly that the shipping is fast and that regular shipping takes 2-5 days. The site even asks if Sunday deliveries are ok which I said yes to. The site also states that all orders placed before 11 a.m. ship the same day. I ordered after 11 a.m. but expected the order to have shipped the next day which it was not.I only asked for the shipping charges to be refunded because the money I spent on shipping weren't put to good use. I needed the items to come quickly and they did not. when I called to ask for the shipping charges or even some of the shipping charges to be refunded they told me flat out that I wasn't getting any of my money back.Desired SettlementI would like some or all of my shipping charges refunded.Business Response The customer placed his order after our cutoff time on 04/07. His order shipped [redacted] 2nd Day Air, as requested, on Friday 04/08. We have never offered Saturday or Sunday deliveries. As he stated in his complaint, he received his order on Tues 04/12, which was 2 business days. [redacted] does not count weekends or holidays as business days, as stated in our policies on the website. His order shipped exactly as requested so we cannot credit back any of his shipping costs. However, We would be happy to offer the customer a $10 off coupon code that could be used on a future order of $50 or more. He just needs to call our customer service department at 800-332-6576 and reference order# [redacted], and the customer service rep can give him the coupon code.
