Review: 9/8 at approximately 10:45 am, I went to T-Shirt USA to purchase shirts for my company. I've there many times before but was never served by this sales person that I had before. It was a younger asian female with long blonde hair. Initially I just asked if there were any discounts for buying a large volume. The sales person in a rude tone responds that they do not gives discounts there and continues to do what she was doing without further acknowledgement. I came up to the register for the second time to ask if they do custom printing and if so how much, and again she rudely replies by saying "yes and the price list it back there" and pointed towards the back of the store. I came for the final time with 3 dozen of white shirts waiting to be rung up. She told me that p since I had purchased 3 dozens I could go get 3 free shirts (of course rudely)I hurried and to get back to the register, because my 2 kids were getting cranky already to find that she helped check out another customer. I patiently waited and after she rang them up she asked the person after me to get checked out. Even the guy after me pointed out to her that I was there 1st and should check me out 1st. She said he only had a few and should go 1st, then says to me that I don't have to yell at her. With witness around me, I was not yelling at her but was just pointing out that I was there 1st. She then said that if I don't want their business that I should just shut the [redacted] up and leave! to my shock I have NEVER in my entire life encountered a sales person who has ever cussed at a customer before. Upset I had told her that I would report her to the Revdex.com so she threw my change, told me to go ahead and call, called me a bh, cussed a few more times and then called me a "monkey face [redacted]" twice in front of all there other customer, threw plastic bags at me then told me to bag my own shirts that I that I just purchased. The other customers helped me bag my shirts and commented on how they have never seen a sales person act like her.Desired Settlement: This person should not work as a customer sales representative. Her disregard and disrespect for others should not be tolerated. No one should ever be treated that way. I dont know what ever happened to customers are always right, but this girl definitely does not know the repercussions of her actions. and if she is an owner of this business there should be penalties against businesses that provides this type of service!

The employee mentioned in the complaint is currently out of the country to be her family. She will return at the end of October. I will personally look into the matter once she returns, as I will need to hear both sides of the story.

If the complaint is true, then her employment will be terminated immediately.
