T. Small Paving

I had a new driveway put in by this company and have cracks and weeds growing through after only one year. They broke an underground sewer pipe while doing the work and claimed they replaced it only to find they did nothing at all and I had to have a portion of the driveway ripped up to fix it because it was causing sewage back ups! Called many many times with no response. They claimed to have a Five year warranty when we enlisted them but that was obviously fake.

Tsmall Paving replaced my driveway 3 years ago with a 5 year warranty. The company was contacted 1.5 years ago about problems with the quality of the job. The driveway is cracking and developing depressions (sinking). The individual from the company at the time told me to let it settle more. I contacted the company again in April 2019 to find that the previous person was no longer with the company but the new person in charge (***) said that he would repair the driveway and came out to look at it. He said that he would do the repairs the week of July 2, 2019. Since then there have been many excuses and for the past 3 weeks the company has not returned any of my calls or texts. I can't get this company to fulfill their obligations outlined in the signed contract.

Hired T Small Paving to refinish and expand driveway and walkway. Quote says they were to put several inches of stone aggregate down in expanded driveway section before paving. They arrived and paved but did not put down the aggregate. Driveway has wheel marks, cracks, and water damage. Expanded section is crumbling. Signed contract provides warranty service but T Small Paving has changed phone numbers and has not responded to 5 attempts to discuss repairs. I spoke with *** at the answering service used by T Small Paving (the only working number) who said she would relay the message. No response since then.

I am dissatisfied with the job that was done and very disappointed that T Small Paving appear to be hiding or refusing to honor a contract signed in good faith and paid in full.

If I could rate this business with negative numbers the numbers wouldn't fit on the page. My driveway was replaced by this company. Less than a year later the driveway had troughs and divots/potholes in every section. I called to have it repaired and have been given the runaround ever since. Jordan told me they would be out within two weeks to repair. It turns out that the underlayment was skimped on, and not packed correctly. Also, the amount of asphalt normally used was skimped on as well. I've been told for the last six months that it would be repaired, and given all kinds of malarkey about why it hasn't been. The owner!!!! who is Liam disappeared, a truck was broken down, they would bee here tomorrow...only when is "tomorrow as they've never shown up...although Jordan did tell me on one phone call that the driveway had been repaired. I'm not blind, deaf, or stupid folks. I have been lied to, put off, and paid the full amount IN CASH...thereby allowing T.Small the potential of avoiding taxes...and duped. Buyer beware!
