Bought a 1998 Nissan Pathfinder from T.n.T auto in July 2014. I arrived at the car lot with my son and was a little apprehensive about the location. I met Omar and he made me feel at ease. He let me test drive a few different cars. I picked the Pathfinder and have owned it for two years now.
Review: I have bought a 1999 Volvo s70 from T and T on [redacted] , I was told that nothing was wrong with the car when I purchased it , around 2 weeks later I was driving it on the freeway and the car started to smoke and the steering wheel started to lock up on me and the car immediately started to slow down on me . I got it off the freeway and the next day I had my mechanic come look at my car and he said that my head gaskets were blown and that I should contact that person that sold me the car because they sold me a lemon . I contacted the guy I bought it from his number [redacted] and told him what had happen and asked for either a refund or a new car , he stated he could do neither due to the fact it's not his fault that the car did that and I told him I'm contacted whoever I need to and get this problem I'm having solved , and I actually had to go back up there because the tired had a big rattle nose because some bolts where looseDesired Settlement: I would like a another car

Usually in situations like these, we are more than willing to help our customers out. However, in this particular incident, the customer called and threatened to do damage to other cars on my property if I did not give them what they want. It makes it hard for us to work with the situation when this happens. Also, the customer stated when the car started smoking he continued to drive it, rather than pulling over and having it towed. The continued driving of the vehicle could have done further damage. Once again, we tried to explain this to the customer and we received threats of damage to our property.
Was very sceptical when we first arrived, after being greeted very nice people made us feel extremely comfortable.bought my daughters first car everythings been great
