Unfortunately work on jobs do not always go as planned, especially since it is outdoor work and is affected by weather conditions. We always try to finish ongoing jobs prior to starting another. Refunds are processed at the end of the month during month end. They then have to be completed and...

mailed. On Sept. 1 the customer was told that the refund checks are mailed by the end of the first week in September. We must have somehow missed the voicemail on 9/4  and apologize. The customer should have the cashier's check for the refund any day.

Mr. [redacted], This is to inform you that I have filed a complaint with the [redacted]'s Office with a description of all transactions between, David [redacted] dba Texas Enviroscapes and myself since December 2015.  This action was taken based on the culmination of our correspondence of the same period.   Given the circumstances, I am no longer interested or comfortable with you performing any services on my property.  I hope that this can be settled with a refund of the total amount of $5,784.28, amounts paid with no services rendered.  These funds should be in the form of a certified check. Failure to resolve this by October 14, 2016, will result in my filing in small claims court.   With Regards, [redacted]

Tell us why here..Customer purchased 6 hours of landscape labor on 12/5 and was never told we were too busy and would get back to her. Please see a copy of the emails through the [redacted] message center below. They clearly state that we offered to meet with her January 5, because she...

said she was too busy until after the New Year. She never responded as to whether she wanted that date. After she finally followed up with us in February we scheduled her for an estimate with Dave who could provide an estimate for all of her requests along with credit her the amount she paid for the landscape labor through [redacted] since she was needing far more than just labor.  During the estimate appointment and the date we accepted the deposit we let the client know that we were scheduling installs 4-6 weeks out from the date the deposit is received, weather permitting and pending approval from the HOA. We also let her know that every work day lost to rain pushes our schedule back 1-2 business days hence “weather permitting". The customer paid her deposit on 6/30. Her paperwork was turned in to her HOA on 6/30, immediately. She complimented April, the office manager on how on “top of things” she is and how well we have been corresponding with her. We never heard anything from Ms. [redacted] or her HOA until Aug. 5. David has not yet resubmitted the paperwork to the HOA because she is requesting a refund.  David had a death in his family on 8/16 and was out of office the rest of the week. The contract she signed clearly states that no deposits are returned. She signed a contract agreeing to have $11,170.56 of work completed. We offered a couple of options one being that she could just do the amount of work that she had already given a deposit for. I will also attach a copy of her signed contract. We are ready to do the work and resubmit everything to her HOA when she is ready to proceed. We will not be returning her deposit. We will still honor the two options we offered her if she chooses to move forward. We have a record of all emails and phone correspondence. We have always contacted her in a timely manner. Please let me know if you need that as well. [redacted] messages copied and pasted:Texas Enviroscapes12/8/2015Ms. [redacted],Thank you for considering Texas Enviroscapes.
