Dear Revdex.com We are responding to the complaint ID # [redacted] I have read the statement and disagree with all that he stated The customer hired us through his realtor to do some work stated on a Addendum/Amendment to purchase and sale agreement while his house was for sale in his first request we bid $not including tax to do what was being asked This was the first offer he had on the house Once all that work was done we where asked to come back again with the second offer on the home and do some more workWe agreed and completed that request At the end we billed them for hours @ Total $and $for material tax was $Total billing of $ Per our notes ; 9-29-Billing sent to realtor as this is who we had been working with VIA EMAIL AND USPS 10-03-realtor responded that he had given the owner of the property for sale the billing VIA EMAIL 11-15-Contacted Realtor about payment via phone 12-20-Contacted Owner about payment via Phone 12-21-Owner contacted T&T electric about billing 12-29-Responded back to owner about bill after meeting with the employee and review of project VIA Phone 1-24-Received payment of $from Owner leaving a balance of $VIA USPS 1-24-Left a message with owner about under payment and that we had received the checkVIA Phone 1-25-Owner of property contacted office to discuss billing again VIA Phone T&T Electric explained we would talk about again and get back to him 2-8-Contacted owner or property and explained that we would be discounting the remaining balance VIA phone and sent a hard copy of invoice paid in full to address provided 2-15-Received a check in the amount of $which was the remaining balance discounted on 2-8-Applied to account as a credit after contacting owner and leaving a messageVIA PHONE2-15-Contacted owner to explain that we would like him to call and that we have applied a credit on the amount $to account VIA PHONE & USPS 2-15-Contacted realtor to let him know what was going on with payment and discounts as he had some of the original information form what was requested during the sale of this house and was still in contact with the owner VIA EMAIL 2-15-Received a email back from realtor with details from owner asking for forgiveness on how he has handled the situation 3-1-2017: received letter from Revdex.com The owner has never emailed us to ask for a refund and never told us to tear the check upWe will be happy to send refund once we hear from him or by 3-15-which ever comes first Normally when we are asked to fix things during a sale of a house the payment is issued to us by the title company once the project is completedThis was not the case for this project and I am unsure why? I am rejecting this response because:because they are lying about thatthey originally couldnt remember what work they did to give an itemized bill Original bid was $Not they broke heater and didn't fix house panel door.or which was part of the job.they actually only did thingsWork on shop panelGround shop panel worked on breakers in house panel and put outlet in bathroomHow's that 1700.Shannons quite the word smithIf I receive refund I will close case and if she keeps making up stories I will take this to next level and I actually talk to owner after they said they were done n he admitted Bill was too high and was suppose to correct Bill n sendThey never did.they did have apprentice there working alone ( named buck)because I was there at site.they need training on how to do BUISNESSLike I said all they have to do is pay me and it's over.they are definitely confused and lost

his first request we bid $1700.00 not including tax to do what was being asked . This was the first offer he had on the house.    Once all that work was done we where asked to come back again with the second offer on the home and do some more work. We agreed and completed that request.    At the end we billed them for 16.52 hours @ 85.00 Total $1404.00 and $414.00 for material tax was $145.60 Total billing of $1965.60    Per our notes ;   9-29-2016 Billing sent to realtor as this is who we had been working with VIA EMAIL AND USPS 10-03-2016 realtor responded that he had given the owner of the property for sale the billing VIA EMAIL 11-15-2016 Contacted Realtor about payment via phone  12-20-2016 Contacted Owner about payment via Phone 12-21-2016 Owner contacted T&T electric about billing 12-29-2016 Responded back to owner about bill after meeting with the employee and review of project VIA Phone 1-24-2017 Received payment of $1500.00 from Owner leaving a balance of $465.60 VIA USPS 1-24-2017 Left a  message with owner about under payment  and that we had received the check.
