belongings. We do strive to exceed our customer's expectations as much as possible so we asked the customer for the receipt of the sewing machine because she was claiming the machine cost $1,100.00. Since the customer was unable to provide us with receipt we decided to issue out a check at the agreed upon valuation of $0.60 per pound per article. This brought the total of her claim to $144.00 to cover the damages of the Sewing Machine and the Table.

I want to make sure that I have addressed all of our customers concerns. Please see the attachments and below for a detailed explanation. Please let me know if additional information is needed.Customer claimed that she was not informed about her valuation selection. Please see attachment "TMT CALIFORNIA HOURLY MOVING AGREEMENT FAQ ESIGN 123116 - signed" page 9.On this page it states that the customer chose Free Standard Valuation (decline offer to purchase additional valuation). This means that any damages to her items would still be covered but at the State Required Minimum of $0.60 per pound per article. Customer did bring it to our attention that the sewing machine and table that got damaged was purchased 15 years ago and it no longer made and the store is no longer around. If you see the attachment "M[redacted] Email Thread 121817" on page 3 Melissa explains this and also says that "Juki DU-118N is similar in make and model".Being that any information for a 15-year-old Sewing Machine was not searchable via internet or phone we based our information on the recommended model by the customer. This was needed as the customer was unable to provide a receipt for the damaged item.See attachment "M[redacted] Sewing Machine Damage 090117". This is the recommended machine and table that Melissa said was comparable to her damaged unit. To determine the weight of the item we looked at the specifications on page 5. This comparable model machine weighs 31 kilograms which comes out to a little less than 69 lbs. With the selected valuation from the customer of $0.60 per pound per article, this would be $41.40 for the sewing machine head. That would leave the motor and table to be replaced still.Being that there is no information on how much a table and motor for this comparable sewing machine is, we went above and beyond what it would weigh as a gesture of good faith. We added an additional $102.60 to the damage compensation which would estimate a total weight of 171 lbs for the motor and table which is well over the average weight of a typical sewing machine and table combo. That brought us to a total of $144.00 in compensation for the damaged items. Please see attached "M[redacted] Copy of Check Sent 100617" as this is a copy of the check that was sent to Melissa's new home in South Gate, CA. It was mailed out on the 6th of October. Melissa is correct that this check has not yet been cashed and since the customer claims she has not received the check, we will void out this current check and resend a check on 12/26/17.I do want to get this compensation to the customer and answer any additional questions if possible. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide.

Two Men And A Truck has been working with Lori and Jane in regards to their Damage and Billing Dispute Claims. As of 1/30/18 the claims have been closed. Two Men And A Truck was able to come to agreements with the customer on 12/20 for the billing dispute which resulted in $162.00 going to the...

customer. The estimate was for 3 men to complete the move in 7 hours. Upon arriving to the origin of the move, there were items that needed to be disassembled and more boxes than anticipated which resulted in a request to get an additional man out there. The move ended at 7.25 hours with 4 men total which is why we offered the $162.00 for the billing dispute. Damages did occur on the move and working with the customer Two Men And A Truck has a compensation agreement of $400.00 with the customer to settle those claims. Overall Two Men And A Truck is unhappy that the move did not go as smooth as it usually does but is happy that we were able to come to a resolution. If there are any additional issues, please let us know.

This should have been dealt with and not ignored until I decided to proceed through Revdex.com months ago. I have lost sales/customers orders since October because of this. At this point I want them to pay for the repairs or replace it all together.
