I have been a customer of Flavia's Magical Domestic Cleaning for yearsI have had a very good experience with this companyI find that they are dependable, trustworthy and professionalAny questions/issues are dealt with promptly and in an agreeable manner

We are military and required a move out cleaning of our house. [redacted] and [redacted] arrived promptly at 8am and did an amazing and thorough job. Vacuumed out the baseboards, scrubbed and mopped all the floors including the basement and garage. Bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling. All cupboards were wiped out and scrubbed down. Overall an excellent job in 2 1/2 hours for 2000sq feet 2 storey house with partially finished basement. Well worth it.

In this day and age you expect all dealerships to have excellent customer service and provide honest upfront statementsSpecially when they are selling house name products like Honda I had the worst experience with T&T Honda, which I have never ever experienced from new car sale dealershipsIn order to process any deal it is to ask [redacted] depositBut T&T Honda is the first ever dealership that I have dealt with who refused to return me the "refundable" depositEven after taking the matter to their GM Navroz, I was simply told that you signed when making the offer and we accepted and now you simply can't back offIf you do you won't get your refund back! I told him that I need more time since I need to decide for either going for AWD Odyssey or buy But he said well we will keep your money until you decideThis is simply ridiculousAnd these dealerships are not doing Honda any favours either as other car dealerships I have been to have very different customer care experience So I just want to warn everyone off thisPlease try some other dealership rather than these guys if you don't want to lose your deposits!

When Flavia's was initially engaged, we agreed upon the details of the cleaning that would be provided, which included a specific list of what was to be cleaned and the manner in which it was to be cleanedOn each occasion that Flavia's performed cleaning services, items on that list were missed (including an entire room on one occasion) or not completed to the level agreed upon (dust and dirt left on floors, furniture pieces not dusted, soap sm and mould left on bathroom tiles and shower curtains)Additionally, furniture and pictures were regularly left askew, items were knocked off tables, and on the final occasion a decorative plate was knocked off its wire hanger and broke - Flavia's claimed this happened during dusting; however none of the other plates around the house had been dusted and all were securely enough attached to the wall to withstand regular dusting

I have been a customer of Flavia's Magical Domestic Cleaning for 2 years. I have had a very good experience with this company. I find that they are dependable, trustworthy and professional. Any questions/issues are dealt with promptly and in an agreeable manner.

Moving?, can't keep up with the houshold cleaning, living a busy professional life. having a special party or event you need catered?.....

They just looked after my elderly parents house doing the cleaning after a move, went above and beyond. I have also tasted Flavia's cooking. Magically divine!

We have had routine cleaning from Flavia and her team for nearly a year. We have nothing but positive things to say about both the thorough cleaning and the engaged customer service. The cleaning work pays very close consideration to detail, and the house was always left fresh and tidy. We have two children and two dogs so achieving this level of clean in 1 hour is no simple task. We would be continuing with Falvia's cleaning service if it weren't for an overseas move. I highly recommend.

I really appreciate what they have done, my apartment looked terrible but when they were done, it looks amazing so I thank you so much for the amazing job you did.
