To Miss [redacted] or whom it may concern, arial, sans-serif;">This email shall serve as my response to the complaint made against my business on 11/16/With regards to the initial complaint lodged against my firm regarding the plant warranty and guarantee, I had told this specific consumer that I would indeed address their issue and concern if they would simply afford me some time to do so, I made this request in writing in an emailI never intimated that I would not or could not address the problem, I simply asked for some patience and if they could accommodate my scheduleWith that being stated, understood and agreed to by both parties, the consumer went ahead and lodged a complaint anywayIn response to the complaint and as an action I already said I would make, I met personally with said consumer on Thursday Dec3, and discussed exactly what would reconcile the issues and leave the customer satisfied therefore retracting their complaintAn agreement of action was made and the work of plant replacement was executed and the consumer verbally assured me that concerns were properly addressed and that the consumer was satisfiedI was again verbally assured that their complaint would be retracted with the Revdex.com and that no further action was required of meThis was not the case as when I called to confirm the complaint had been resolved or reconciled to preserve my standing, the promise made to withdraw the complaint was not completedThe desired settlement written in the original complaint had been achieved and the consumer personally and verbally assured me that they were pleased and satisfied so I'm not sure what else I can possibly do to put this matter to restI've completed my obligations contractually and with regards to the desired settlement of the complaintI think this matter should be considered resolved
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Barely months after installation, our front gate is in precarious condition: Wooden pieces are starting to fall off, there is extensive cracking and the door handle/lock no longer worksCurrently, the gate is not only unusable but it is unsafe and unreliableWe depend on this gate to comply with pool regulations! The door cannot be safely closed unless the lock is strongly manipulatedClearly, the gate materials are very low quality and we're also questioning the quality of the manufacturing processWe demand replacement of our front gate with a high quality alternative without delay!Replace current gate with a high quality alternative

With regards to the initial complaint lodged against my firm regarding the plant warranty and guarantee, I had told this specific consumer that I would indeed address their issue and concern if they would simply afford me some time to do so, I made this request in writing in an email. I never intimated that I would not or could not address the problem, I simply asked for some patience and if they could accommodate my schedule. With that being stated, understood and agreed to by both parties, the consumer went ahead and lodged a complaint anyway. In response to the complaint and as an action I already said I would make, I met personally with said consumer on Thursday Dec. 3, 2015 and discussed exactly what would reconcile the issues and leave the customer satisfied therefore retracting their complaint. An agreement of action was made and the work of plant replacement was executed and the consumer verbally assured me that concerns were properly addressed and that the consumer was satisfied. I was again verbally assured that their complaint would be retracted with the Revdex.com and that no further action was required of me.
