Employee at facility didn't like my [redacted] review that I had submitted while in the salon They snapped shot a photo of the review and texted it to all the employees One employee was being so rude that he was bad mouthing me and telling me what kind of person am that I have to write a [redacted] review He was very upset with me and talked down to me He went on and on for mins about how other people write bad reviews about him and he doesn't care I wrote a review because the service I was getting was very bad The employee's were gossiping about me and the lady providing me services was hurting my hand When I pointed it out to her she said "she has to hurt me and squeeze my hand hard"The employees here are rude and have no respect for other people I can't believe how he treated me because of my review

First of all I like to apologize for your experience at our business.also want to say my English writing is not to well so ill try my best to write. After reading your review and I spoke to my staff and went over with them exactly what happen that day. Aloha was not intentionally  squeezing...

your hand hard,as we do the acrylic nail while filing with a electric drill we must be very careful to not  let  our figure slip, so that we can protect your figure as if one  mistake could lead to a cut by the drill, thats why she was holding your figure the way she did. her English is very not good so maybe when she try to explain to you , you may had misunderstood of what she were saying and thought she said she did it to hurt you? its make no sense ,why would she want to hurt you. Also you came in as a last minute thing and my staff took you in,as of how are they being rude to you if they wanted to help you for your last minute need. Just wanted to clear that out with you( maybe just misunderstanding?) About your [redacted] review, I was the person that snap the review and send to all my staff the minute I got the notification on my phone (like I always did before when im off) while im at home. But I sent it to them as asking them what going on here and how is this happening, also to warning them to please be careful and take care of my clients.It was not intentional. They did not know who wrote the review and were just discussing what happen. Not knowing you were the person who wrote nor were anyone were talking to you or treated the you mistook everything in that moment on that day.So in no mean they  were talking to you directly. Just as how you wrote on your [redacted] review you have your right to write review and opinion about your experience at any place you go. As of the GUY you referred were talking about you... He was just like you,he had his opinion about how he handle his review, everyone got they ways of thinking. But make no mistake I do not tolerate any of my staffs action and everything could have took care of the situation much more better. We had a meeting I have made it very clear with my staff to extra careful with our clients . Hope don't have anymore things like this happen again in our salon. Again I truly apologize for your expericance here.  My wife and I work very hard from day one of our business to get where we at, I can be sure to you my salon is better then that, We only want to best for our clients and I understand the value our of clients> Thank you for giving me this opportunity  to sharped up my staffs.
