I have full intension in delivering the remaining parts of this contractLast February of during the Noreaster we experienced had put my office complex condemned for three monthsAll my business had stop because I was not allowed into the building to retrieve any necessary information
Prior to that we all experienced Hurricane Sandy, which also let my build without power for weeksThat equals a total of four months with conducting business To subsidized the business lack of income and support my family, I obtained a full-time job
The plaintiff is correct is stating that I always didn't respond to calls and emails in a timely fashion, but I did respondI had explained to the plaintiff that unfortunately under the circumstances it would take a little longer I am in the process of getting the album files from the designer and producing there album
Believe me I feel awful on what has happened but sometimes there are circumstances that you can not control Maria and Fred will get there albums shortlyThank you

Review: I paid for videography and photography for my wedding on July **, 2014. I haven't received anything as of yet.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the DVD and photography from my wedding. In addition, I would like a partial refund for the time and aggravation of this lengthy process.

Review: I hired T & T photographers to photograph my wedding on 11-*-09. As part of the contract, I was supposed to receive a wedding album, two parent albums, one 11 x 14 portrait, and two 8 x 10 portraits after the wedding. I met with [redacted] and handed in all the documentation needed to get the albums done and processed. He sent me a link to preview the album on his website and let him know if there were any changes I would like to make to the album. I e-mailed him a list of changes, including putting the correct grooms name on the album. I never heard back. My husband called him and told him the changes to be made and [redacted] asked that the changes be e-mailed to him as well, which I did. We again never heard back. This was mid 2010. I gave him some time to complete the changes, figuring he would contact me when it was complete. We never heard anything. Since then I have sent several e-mails and made several phone calls to try and receive the albums that I paid for. We have never been contacted back. It is now 4 years later and we still have nothing. The photography studio has been paid in full and I never received my albums.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my wedding album, two parent albums, one 11 x 14 portrait, and two 8 x 10 portraits

Review: My husband and I were married 7/*/11 we had a contract for wedding videos, a 12X12 wedding album with a full picture acrylic cover, 100 Thank you cards, individual pictures for our bridal party, engagement pictures and all proofs on cd w/ release. We paid this photographer in full for our albums/ Videos according to our contract which stated we had to pay the balance in full when we picked up our proofs which we did in august 2011. I sent an email to the photographer about the upgrading thank you cards for the $1 difference which he never responded to so I ordered from another company. Finally We met with [redacted] and gave him our photos for our wedding album in the beginning of 2012. We asked about another parent album he said since we didn't get the cards or bridal party pictures we can get the small album in place of that. We even okay'd our wedding album around April of 2012 thru email and I sent a email asking when I can give him the pictures for the 2nd album and requesting that he fix my wedding as he has my moh name spelled wrong. I have multiple emails from him stating that I would have my album by Christmas then is was by our anniversary, July 2013. I have yet to receive it. I have repeated asked about the second album for the parents (my mother has since passed away never getting an album). [redacted] stopped by my job and dropped off the parent album that was in my contract it wasnt what with ordered as it had a acrylic cover and we wanted a fold over alum but I took what I could get and gave it to my in laws. I finally received an email about the videos the he needed my address and would mail them to me.The photographer has my updated address as he finally mailed me our final wedding videos in October but he now longer responds to [redacted], emails, or voicemails. I still have the contract and emails promising me the deliver of my items.Desired Settlement: I want my approved wedding album and my second parent album. if not that I want my wedding album and a cash refund for the services that haven't been delivered i.e. my thank you cards that I no longer need after 2 years ( he told they were $2 a piece and our contract states 100 cards) and for the individual photos never received that were never received.
