Final walk through was rushed and hurried throughWas told by our contractor to walk through house and write down on paper any items that were unfinished, But that everything was good to go!! No direction was giving on what exactly we should be keeping an eye out for or exactly "what we were looking for" We wrote down what appears visible to the naked eye aesthetic 's such as paint clips or missing wood trim, missing stone or cracked or clipped tile. January 3rd was the first day we began to move item's from our storage unit into our Custom built home, this was a three day processThe evening of January 3rd, our movers, total of people and ourselves witness water rushing into the finished basement's new carpet, drywall and onto baseboards from the Egress window, as well as the sump pump not being able to keep up with the water pouring inThe Battery backup was purchased &placed in the sump pump Room prior to moving inIt however was not installed or hooked up by our contractor, Cole T***This was discovered after water was rushing inHowever, there was no electrical issue or power outage at this time. Basement has had other occurrences that water has entered into basement, causing damage. Homeowners had to take days off of work the 3rd flooding of the basement to clean up massive amounts of water and remove damage furniture from water, out of finished basementOver a four day period working from 8am to 2am sucking water up, then cutting all the carpet and hauling up the basement steps out to the gravel driveway. Carpet & pad up over sq ft and cutting two feet of drywall out of basement, with NO help from our contractorVideo footage was taken and sent to contractor with NO response3Three days later , fans, dehumidifier and carpet cleaner was dropped off outside our garage doors by our contractor without anyone physically seeing him or him helping outThis was back in March and he never returned, fans, dehumidifier and carpet cleaner still in water damaged basementNo high wind occurrences have taken placeNew built homes behind us and beside us have both had no wind damage or shingles blown offAll three newly built homes are on acres of land with no landscaping/trees as wellA New built home should not be having shingles blown off the roof regardless. T&T Renovations was the only company/ contractor up on our rood prior to April 5th, Nesser Roofing came to inspect Roof, damages and problemsAfter FOUR seperate occurrences of shingles coming off the roof occurredT & T renovations, roofer that they are claiming to have years experience, has no company name nor is there a bill of sale/receipt from the roof installation or four different "patch jobs"The contractor Cole T***, never inspected the roof after his roofer came out to fix the problem on all four occurrences. Upon Nesser Roofing's inspection, scratches to Metal Roofing were discovered on 04/05/2017, pictures were takenThere were also pictures taken of the patch job completed by Cole T*** roofing company, which has no nameOld/used shingles were used as well as torn and ripped shingles to do repairs withNesser roofing has contacted T & T Renovations to have the full roof, reroofed due to improper installation, from nailing TOO high. Statements were given by other workers on the job site that nail gun being used had too high of a pressure during installationCole T*** has only agreed to fix the problem areas on the roof, where shingles have blown offHowever, inspection shows that ALL the roof needs replaced and will eventually blown off due to improper installation which voided the year warranty on the shinglesThe Homeowner should not have to purchase "Touch-up" paint or fixed a Metal Roof that is Brand new, due to careless of the contractors roofing company and other employees on the job siteThese scratches will eventually rustDamages and problems regarding the untreated wood on the exterior of the house, are due to only PRIMER being used, nail holes not covered and improper cuts made in wood but still installed on houseExterior stone has continued to fall off the house through the past months we have lived herePicture provided, Contractor has been out to fix the stone a couple times, however, job is not being done correctly, as Stone continues to fall off as of todayConcrete was poured and T & T Renovations DID NOT voice ANY concern about temperature or weather, yet stated they were confident that there would be no problemsPictures provided to see the difference in the concrete pouring on the front porch in the Summer vsWinter (December)Exterior Garage pad is in-gulfed in water EVERY time it rain, unable to walk into house on sidewalk or without walking into water or get into garage without water coming into garage doorsFinal Grade was only being completed around the perimeter of the houseand the Homeowners voiced concerns about final grade being done in the POURING down rain, complete mud pitNO Final grade can be done in the pouring down rainThe house could not be graded & dirt be slopped away from the house correctly in a mud pitContractor took $off of contract price for final gradeWE, the homeowners paid $1,to the same company to complete Final Grade after everything was dried out and there was days without rainMaking sure it was dried out!Drained placed and ran out to State highway was voiced by our Contractor that this was the ONLY option, that the country would not approve for drainage pipe to go anywhere else. However, drain was not placed using a laser, pipe was cut/ busted up from not being graded correctly in the dirt and was exposed. Four feet of ditch was dug out with a shovel on the state highway by the Contractor This cost the homeowner $1,out of pocket but was then told after the 3rd basement flooding that the country would approve the drainage pipe going to the middle of the back yard, as the drainage to the state highway not working and did not function, Since the day we moved in and had the water damage to the basement, the drainage to the state highway has never worked, has backed up and has been cloggedHomeowners paid for Tons of extra gravel to be placed inside interior of garage flooring, but never was it voiced that the exterior garage pad needed more gravel or to be raised up/leveledThe House sits on acres and the ditch being dug out by the State Highway is NOT the problem or the reason we have water continuously coming into our basementThe County and State have been contacted to dig the ditches for both our home and our neighborsSouth and east of our propertyStatements received from Ex-employees that refuse to work with Cole T*** due to his lack of integrity in his work and workmanshipStated that our Contractor provided the drywall screw to put int eh deck, as he was too lazy to take a trip to *** *** to purchased galvanized screwsOur deck currently has rust on the wood and over screws were taken out by the homeowner, Contractor was aware and did not come and do laborCabinets were installed incorrectly prior to moving in, leaving holes in the new cabinetry and were not disclosed to the homeowner but rather patched with wood filler and painted over, picture provideThis was discovered after moving inSeams in the James H*** Plank Siding are exposed EVERYWHERE in the sunlight, not easy to see in the dark winter monthJames H*** Manufacture guidelines on installation were not followed, and seams were chalked as NOT advised for their Product White Metal F* was not cut correctly, nor installed correctlyEnds were caulked and nailed incorrectly This was discovered upon an Home inspection completed after being a extreme worried Homeowner and coming across so many problems and issues. Picture provided Numberous Plumbing issues and water leaking into the rafters of the house and into the drywallWood damage unknown due to it being behind drywallContractor came out to fix a couple leaking issues, however, left drywall cut out of walls, said he would be back and has not returned, it has been sitting there for over monthsPEX system was used for plumbing, joints not secured and will wear down over time due to improper installationContractor Never has been back to repair damage to the drywall from water coming into wall through roof on first floor, visible damage to rafters and drywall/paint. In regards to complaint on T & T Renovations llc by [redacted]I completed home and obtained occupancy permit and final walk through inspection from clients on 12/31/2016.  Since move in there were three high wind occasions showing 2 small sections on high wind areas may have concerns. I...

notified my roofer, which has been installing roofs for 20 plus years. there are currently 3 shingles missing on this area as homeowners would like a company they know to replace them and they haven't returned my calls. Once agreed by owner I will replace the two areas showing concern. Scratches on metal roof were brought to my concern recently, as I haven't been there and other contractors have been there numerous times I am unsure the cause of these. Homeowner can purchase touch up paint from supplier, made to fix scratches on metal roofing. Untreated lumber concerns on porch post is unclear as porch posts are treated 4x4 posts, the deck on rear of house is constructed of treated rim boards, floor joists, posts, deck boards, and railing, all wood being pressure treated. As far as framed window on garage, it is not required to use treated trim boards on exterior trim as long as wood is primed and painted and not touching ground. At close of house there were stones on garage side of home needing finished but weather wasn't permitting. Was called stating 3 or 4 stones are off and will repair those stones on next trip to the home. I can not control color of concrete without tint, and that doesn't necessarily mean that there is problem with concrete. As far as weather, concrete was poured in week where freezing temps were noticed. I contacted homeowner and voiced concerns, and was informed to pour concrete. I covered for 22 days with heat blankets and did all poss safeguards to protect the concrete. Concerns with grade are ongoing. The homeowners opted out of final grade, didn't purchase  battery backup till end of project, and gravel was added to approach to slope grade even more to garage pad. I had agreed to work with homeowners to replace some drywall and finished flooring. I also added 4 ton of dirt and raised a/c units on north side of home to help with the grade issues. grade was shot with lazer and downspout drains were ran to ditch and ditch was not deep enough to allow sufficient watershed, homeowner was advised to talk to county and state to check on getting ditch work done. drywall screws on deck were mentioned, that is my fault an employee used wrong screws.
