I was referred to T&T through a relative who had hired them several times in the past and was pleased with their workI called Travis requesting a quote to have a new garage and bathroom added to our houseHe was here within minutes, which impressed me, we talked for about minutes and he gave suggestions to the design, we exchanged contact information, he said he would be in contact with me within a few daysA week later, we had not heard back from him, so days later I emailed him asking about the quote and if he was interested in the jobHe never respondedIt's now two weeks laterAfter not hearing back from him, I heard from someone else that he never returned their phone calls eitherI wanted to hire this guy because I heard he does good work, but he's lacking in quality customer service, which is very disappointing

He was here within 40 minutes, which impressed me, we talked for about 20 minutes and he gave suggestions to the design, we exchanged contact information, he said he would be in contact with me within a few days. A week later, we had not heard back from him, so 10 days later I emailed him asking about the quote and if he was interested in the job. He never responded. It's now two weeks later. After not hearing back from him, I heard from someone else that he never returned their phone calls either. I wanted to hire this guy because I heard he does good work, but he's lacking in quality customer service, which is very disappointing.
