I purchased both a Clear Bra and front window tint during the purchase of my vehicle on January 20, I have a "We Owe" statement from the dealership stating the work would be done within daysI was promised a call to set up an initial appointment the next dayHowever, I never received a callI attempted to call my salesperson on February 4th both by phone and e-mail - the e-mail was returned and the call went to voice mailI e-mailed the general manager, Tyler S***, asking for helpHe referred me to Mark I [redacted] , who called meI was unable to take the callWhen I called him back, he "wasn't available," and I got sent to voice mailHe has not called me back

So I'm not very happy with Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown they let me drive off the lot with very little down and then less than a week later they expected me to put over a thousand down saying if I didn't they'd take the car and then I put the money needed down and I got mail from them stating that they can't accept my credit and I already contacted the credit union and they said I already have a contract with them so I'm confused

I purchased a Dodge Ram from this dealership for a price of $15,on the 9th of July and in the contracted price for my loan was room to add the cost of what I was told was an expedited transportation fee and would take 7-days to deliverI was fine with this as I live in florida and the truck is in UtahIt was a verbal statement from Robert my sales associate and I did not get anything in writing most of our conversations were via text or the occasional phone call(Two hour time difference had an affect) The sales contract had added the cost of transportation into the vehicle price and it changed to $17,and I signed as it was a verbal agreement made, and being a first time car buyer I thought it wasn’t a big deal as I have been learning as I goMy issue with my transaction is that as of tomorrow August 23rd I have to make my first payment on the truck and I have not received it yet nor have I been able to get anyone at the dealership to give me an update except f

I purchased a new Titan XD from Tim Dahle Nissan - Southtowne on 11/25/I live out of state and prior to the sale and I had been in contact with my salesman, Andrew D***, to ensure that the delivery process went smooth and as quick as possibleOn 11/I ran the new vehicles VIN# and found that it had an outstanding safety recall for a rear seatbelt (NHTSA Recall 17V-268)I requested that the recall be completed prior to pickup and was later told via text from Andrew "They are currently being taken care of." We was told that we would have no payments until jan and went in with Dale Williams in finance our first payment date was nov on the paperwork and when I said something about it he told me all I had to do is call the bank and they would push it back the days out to make the payment due in dec then they will send me a check to make dec payment and when I called the bank they told me that he was the one that had to due it on the contract and that he would have to call the bank and change it after a week of trying to get ahold of him he finally tells me that the bank wont do it he gave me his word that it would all be done and now he just wants to say he made a mistake and do I ever make mistakes

We bought a Nissan NV Van from this dealer with detailed receipt before we paid for vehicle in full on July 25, by cashiers check sent in US Mail The receipt stated vehicle would be upfitted at dealer with power and heated mirrors as it did not have them at factory or location they were buying/shipping it from We took possession of vehicle September 26th, and mirror's plastic trim cap was broken off, after much whining from salesman, he agreed to get it fixed as I did not surely break it (never even touched, seen or been within miles of car as I live in McCall, Idaho) It took months plus to receive the mirror in McCall after 5-phone calls to salesman (giving excuses of no reply, this is going to cost a lot, I forgot, etc.) Additionally, dealer required me to put mirror on vehicle, not have dealer do it After all this drama, I installed the trim piece in early December AFTER THAT WAS COMPLETE, SNOW CAME IN BUCKET LOADS HERE IN MCCALL, I TURNED

Nissan falsely advertise cars with a very attractive price and mileage to only get people in to offer a more expensive car since they said they JUST sold it

I’m writing this because TimDaly Nissan didn’t fix my problem I can’t believe they would let me take my car out back on the road when anything could happen itcould shut down anytime again on the freeway doing I want ppl to know because I can’t see them doing the same thing too them don’t ever bring your recall to them they will fix something else that I knew nothing about but I really don’t believe that they did anything to my carI don’t think they deserve any kind of Raylene if it was up to me it would be a big fat zero

If I could not give this business any stars that would be the case. I purchased a vehicle from the over a month ago and still haven’t gotten my license plates. The temporary license plate expired yesterday 3/26/18, after my husband called several times he was informed that they hadn’t gotten the license plate from the DMV and if we happened to get pulled over and receive a ticket they would reimburse us. My husband then wanted to speak with a manager the phone call was ended and we haven’t been able to get ahold of “Tina” yet after 7 calls! We were able to speak with another represantive and they told us legally they cannot give us another temporary plate. My husband called the DMV and is now speaking with the motor vehicle enforcement division apparently Tim Dahle Nissan never filed our information to receive a license plate, but pocketed the money to register it! This is incredibly illegal, we were also told by the DMV that it is in fact illegal for them to deny is another temporary plate and we are now formally complaining with the DMV and they will be doing a thorough investigation.
