Review: I used T&T Shipping to ship two barrels and a box to Trinidad, only the two barrels arrived. The packages were picked up from my residence on May [redacted] 2013, when I called T&T shipping to let them know it took them more than a month to let me know that they could not find the box after weeks of me calling and no one from this company returning my calls. Someone from this company sent me an insurance claim form in July 2013 I have still not had any response form this company's management it is now September [redacted] and no response from this company. The only response I keep getting is someone name [redacted] will call you but no one is calling me. It does not matter who I speak to no one calls back, I even spoke to the gentle man that picked up the items [redacted] and he also say he will call back in a certain time an does not. I would like my claim taken care of because I paid my full amount to have my packages delivered, this is horrible customer services because this clearly show they do not care about their customers when they mess up.Desired Settlement: I would like my claim, and someone to inform me what is going on with my case.

I have not been contacted by this company I have reached out to them since I made the complaint, but no resolution to the issue because the manager of the company a [redacted] has neglected to responded even though I left numerous messages
