I was harassed into taking a walker I repeatedly refused..The rep. angrily argued with me about taking a walker I repeatedly refused. He kept repeating that "It's not going to cost you anything. [redacted] pays for it" He refused to leave my room until I signed a multi-paged document to the effect that I had received it. This is her cost-share for the item that she willing signed for and accepted. We do not harass our patients. This item was ordered by her Dr and we filled the order. If she did not want the equipment she could have refused it and not signed. We were never told about this issues until July 2014 but she received the equipment in Sept 2013. If she has questions on how her claim was processed she can contact her insurance company.

I was told since 6/15 the hospital bed would be picked up and as of 7/6 no one has showed up to get it. Several calls have been made and still no showI was contacted on 6/15 for my hospital bed to be picked up. I was told then I would get a call and never heard from anyone. I have been in contact with them 5-7 times now about picking it up and have been told each time a van is needed in my area to come get it. I got a call on 7/3 saying they would get in this weekend and stayed home waiting for pick up and no one called or came to get it. It is in the middle of my living room and is no longer needed. They damaged my window sill when installing the bed in May as well. Desired SettlementWe would like the bed to be picked up ASAP!Business Response The equipment was picked up on 7/7/2015.

was not informed until last minute that my insurance required prior approval of the medical device the doctor required as a condition of surgery. medical procedure was scheduled 6-8 weeks in advance. if I was informed I would be self pay for the device I would not been a captive customer. it was delivered day before surgery after business hours. I had no options at that date as to discuss with my insurance company or research other companies. if I did not have device procedure would be canceled . insurance company declined payment saying prior approval was required. I think it was a scam to get paid without waiting on insurance claim.Desired Settlementfee reduction for device and change in policy to notify patients prior to deliver on day before surgery.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted],admin manageContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]I advised Mr.[redacted] that we are sent the orders from the doctors and have no control of when the orders for the equipment are received. He agreed to self pay terms when the equipment was dropped off to his home. He did have the choice to accept the equipment of refuse it. If he would like to discuss this further he can contact me directly. Consumer Response it appears to me this company uses this technique as its normal policy from the prior complaints. rest assured that my doctor will be fully notified of their way of doing business & if possible change the recommended medical technology vender.
