The truck was never" on the pole".This can be proved by photos taken by the investgaing officer and by *** representivePayment and the title of the truck was demanded upon receipt or my husband was told that the price would increase dramaticallyAs proof of this I have an itemized invoice from T&T Towing I would be glad to share.It is true that photos of the damage to the truck was shown to my husband but none of the truck on the poleThis company had already started to remove parts from our truck to salvage on the following MondayI never agreed to the overcharge and did not agree to them stripping my truck to sell parts at a profit

We towed [redacted]'s vehicle initially June 9th due to vehicle accident. Towed again June 11th at the request of [redacted] to his residence. Both time the vehicle had been towed with a wheel lift. The only part of the tow truck that...

touches the vehicle would be the wheel-lift. We do not "force" anyone to sign any form of paperwork. Mr [redacted] made no mention to T&T Towing of any possible damage. We 1st heard from [redacted] in regards to this matter on July 3rd, then heard from Mr. [redacted] on July 25th, He spoke with ** on July 28th.
Since Mr [redacted] made arrangements with T&T Towing in regards to retrieving his wallet while we had the vehicle, his ability to contact us in a timely manner would not be unreasonable. Had this been a matter of urgency for Mr [redacted] as he makes it out to appear as such, it would not be unreasonable to assume Mr [redacted] would have made it immediate contact to address to obvious concern.
T&T did not damage the bumper. The truck would have no contact with the bumper. Mr [redacted] continues to change the story regarding this matter. He initially told [redacted] that it had been towed in by a flatbed. Which was not the case (Truck #222 is a wheel lift/recovery unit, Truck #5263 is also a wheel lift recovery unit.
