After receiving payments from VA continued to send account to a debt collector Account sent to debt collector paid debt collector for previous found letter regarding payment from VA
Paid the bill for $in full in March through my Health Reimbursement Account and they sent it to collections in August I contacted them in September once I learned that they had sent it to collections and provided them the proof of payment from months earlier and they said they would resolve the issue on their end Now it is January and my credit report still shows that they are reporting it as unpaid and my credit score is being penalized for no reason due to their incompetence
