This customer was to keep the wood and place an ad with craigslist for free wood if someone hauled it awayIt states on the proposal to leave woodThe customer had asked to do this as to save moneyThe job was complete and yard cleaned, with only the wood remaining that they agreed to keep and place ad to get rid ofI had answered the calls and explained to the customer that was our agreement but they hadn't gotten anyone to pick up the free woodI explained that was not a part of the original job and that if they needed wood hauled away it would be an additional costTim [redacted]

T & T Trees were recommended by a family member and I certainly wish they would not have beenCrew leader Jack Stone overcharged $from his original quote and when attempting to rectify the difference Jack hung up the phone on meAfter this transpired I was able to get Tim Eversole (Owner) on the phone, onceTim communicated he would speak with Jack and correct the payment issueThat was over two months ago and have not heard from Tim sinceMultiple voicemail's left with Tim have gone unanswered
Also, in terms of clean up, we were told "It will look like we haven't even been here." Well, Tim's brother runs the stump removal side of the business and left the remains of the two stumps in the middle of our yardTim's brother said there was an extra charge for removal of the debris
I would give T & T Trees, Tim Eversole & Jack Stone less than one star for their dishonesty, lack of professionalism and overall poorly run businessIf you are considering them for your tree removal please beware!

BEWARE....DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS I had them do a rental property of mine I gave the check to the renter & told him to give it to them when they were done He had to leave early so he went ahead and gave them the check As soon as he gave them the check they left & never finished the job I kept calling the owner back & he kept telling me they would get back to it They never did I have repeatedly called him back but now he won't return my phone calls or textI now of logs still in my yard that are too big to handle & I don't have a chain saw big enough to cut them up They left dead up in the trees that they were supposed to take outI tried to cancel my check but it was too late

Do not use this company Not trustworthy, they do not remove trees in a safe way Damaged my driveway and did a very poor job of not really repairing it, but making it look good enough to leave Too many other quality companies out there to risk it
