First,I couldn’t help noticing that she is
asking 3 things at the same time.
She is using our car and refused to return
our company car.
lang="EN-US">She ordered us to replace the engine and
wants to be covered by warranty.
After we got her car and started working on
it, she is filing with Revdex.com and now asking for refund. It means she wants to get
it fixed for free and wants to drive our car while we are fixing her car for
free.

In her complaint, she did not mention any
of the customer care we gave her, despite our facility business was closed and
no longer doing auto repair shop. The only reason we still attempted to cover
the service for her is because she had been keeping calling to the new business
numerous times and had been threatening, the new business is just a dealer
office and has nothing to do with the repair shop we used to have.
She has been threatening both individual
and the business..

In fact, the repair shop business is closed
and the warranty was limited to the shop in Clairemont shop only that I had
license with. Customer misunderstands but the shop in Torrance is not [redacted]i’s company and he has nothing to do with that company. The shop is just
[redacted]’s personal connection. [redacted] has been threatening [redacted] indivisually since the business is closed, [redacted] was forced to give her the
company car, replace the engine, transported her car to Torrance, since she was
so persistently threatening him. Otherwise, no one will do that much of things
without pressure, so you can imagine how much pressure [redacted] was giving
him. She had been calling numerous times before and after business hours. She
kept saying she will report to Revdex.com if we didn't cover by warranty, so we did everything
we could as she ordered us to do, such as transporting the car, gave her rental
car, replace the engine and she still reported to Revdex.com which she said she
wouldn't if we gave her these service. So she is the one who lied.

I asked her many times to show us her
invoice since our business was sold and we do not have any papers left from
previous shop. But she still refused to show me the invoice.

Now, we have to charge [redacted] indicated
below.

Rental car $35/ a day since 05/21-06/25
=36days $1260.00
Replacing the engine Labor 10h $850.00
Transportation SD to LA, LA to SD 4h $10/
hr  $40 plus gas $25 total $65.00
After business hour customer care $55
Communication dealing with Revdex.com and engine
shop and customer $125.00
Total $2355.00 so far but if this mediation
had not been settled and we have to have more time loss and business
opportunity loss, then we will charge for defamation and business obstruction
charge also the original engine replacement labor and rental car.

Also she mentioned that she met our only
former employee for the clairemont shop who is [redacted] and now he
works for next door business named " [redacted]", and
[redacted] warned customer not to trust the [redacted] the business owner. T-TAK
Corporation had supported his visa through lawyer but since he is not working
for T-TAK Corporation anymore, now [redacted] is working here not legally and he
is out of status and working for [redacted]. The company he works
for, “[redacted]” has 2 out of status employees which means that
they’re not here working legally meaning the [redacted] has a tax
fraud issue.
Who is more trustworthy, the T-TAK
Corporation, the American company that are good tax payer since 2004 or
non-legal residence who works without legal permission?
After I was notified from the customer
officially though this matter that [redacted] is working for other
company without legal residency, now I’m responsible to report [redacted] to let
them know the issue.

If
this mediation had not done successfully, and the customer decided to cooperate
with this non-legal former employee and keep attacking to T-TAK Corporation and
[redacted] both individually and business, we might have to take action
against [redacted] for defamation and for obstruction of business and need to report
it to [redacted] to protect both individual and business. Again, [redacted] is
threatening to replace engine and give her the company her and money back
to  [redacted] for the clairemont
shop's warranty that doesn’t exist anymore.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We currently have a Bureau of Automotive Repair agent assisting us and he has spoken with the owner of T-Tak and has made an arrangement for the returning of our vehicle and T-Tak's rental car to their rightful owners for sometime within the next 2 weeks. We are satisfied with the agent's mediation for this problem and will no longer be pursuing this issue through the Revdex.com and the BAR once the vehicles have been returned. In regards to the response from T-Tak, we are disturbed by the volatile and childish response and false accusations made by T-Tak. We have never threatened or harassed the T-Tak location or any of its employees. We don't even know where the car is being worked on. The only member of T-Tak we have spoken with during this whole dispute is the owner. Mr. [redacted], whom we have never threatened or harassed. We have not been refusing to return his rental car either. We have tried to return it everyday from 6/19/2015 until 6/23/15. During this time we tried reaching him via phone, voicemail, and in person by attempting to drop the rental car off at the business location with no results, though his open sign was on every time we came and no one answered the door.  We even went to the San Diego Police Department on 6/23/15 for council on what we should do with the the rental car since we were not hearing back from Mr. [redacted]. We also have a rental agreement that is on record at the BAR as having "N/A" listed under the rental price and we have confirmation from our BAR agent that Mr. [redacted] has allowed us to use the car free of charge during this whole ordeal.  We have signed documentation, video, and audio on record and known by various parties acknowledging the truth to our statements and proving Mr. [redacted]'s statements are indeed false. On 6/23/15 we were informed by our BAR agent that Mr. [redacted] had spoken with him and said he would be out of town until the upcoming Friday. Today, 6/26/15, we contacted Mr. [redacted] and attempted to return the rental car but was told my Mr. [redacted] that since we have gone through the Revdex.com and the BAR, he will not be handling this situation through us and told us that the BAR will handle this and refused to let us return the rental car. Later today, we were contacted by our BAR agent who said that he has spoken with Mr. [redacted] and has made an arrangement for our car to be returned to us in 2 weeks and that Mr. [redacted] will accept the rental car back during this meeting.
We can understand Mr. [redacted] is frustrated with this situation, but we also hope he can understand why we are as well. We came to T-Tak for a service costing a large sum of money, the agreed upon service was not adequate, and we are now out a large sum of money and are left with a broken car. It has now been more than a month since we brought our car back to T-Tak and we are told the car hasn't even been fixed yet. We have been overwhelmed with stress and the financial loss from this ordeal. Right now, our main concern is making sure that we get our car back functioning and that Mr. [redacted] gets his rental car back. We hope this situation will end soon so that both parties can put this behind them and go our separate ways.
Regards,
[redacted]
