We were very pleased with the entire process

T-Town was great to work with. The crew worked solid on our project and part way through it started raining. They were quick to get any portion of the exposed roof covered and did a check of the attic space to ensure no additional water damage was done. They worked well into the dark but unfortunately had to come back the next day to finish. When they were done they cleaned everything up and it didn't even look like they had been here with the exception of our great new roof. Additionally there were some trouble spots and issues from the original builder that they addressed and corrected. We love our new roof!!

They were great. Had a small job they took care of right away and was very professional. I thought I would be ignored but I wasn't at all. I will use them again.

T Town replaced my roof with a better roof than I had for amount determined by the insurance company. When they found problems that the insurance adjuster missed, T Town worked directly with my insurance company to get these approved. Throughout the replacement, T Town's supervisor or their office was in constant contact with me to make sure we were pleased. Their employees were prompt and polite. Also, their clean up after the job was complete was great.

Very quick response time when called after a natural disaster put holes in our roof. Within 2 weeks we had an estimate and the roofers only took 1 day to completely redo out entire roof. Very quick service and the roofers cleaned up after themselves very well leaving behind no trash or loose items.

As T-Town Roofing says in their ad, "We're roofin it". That is exactly what they are doing. They are professional, efficient,dependable, honest, & stand behind their word. You can depend on them to be on the job when they say they are going to be and you can depend on them to do what they say they are going to do. They started early & worked late. They worked on the weekends. They did whatever it took to get the job done. From [redacted] providing us with much needed information & what our best options would be, to [redacted], the foreman on our job, keeping me informed at all times of every stepthat was made. This is a great company with great & dedicated employees. They did a great job.

I could not have asked for a better company to have worked with on replacing my roof. I was in a situation with a roof only 5 years leaking and the company that installed it no longer in business. T-Town tried to work with both my insurance company and the shingle manufacturer to get the situation resolved. I would recommend them to anyone - especially since they have been in business for many years and see roofing as a profession and not a quick in and out short term money maker.

We should've used Lowe's. Lowe's is more professional, on time and knows how to do the job. Had T-Town do our gutters. It was suppose to take 2 weeks from when I made the deposit and it took 2 months. I had to call and call to get them to come out to show up and finish the job. There gutter guy was a joke. He couldn't figure out how to take down and put up the cutters around our porch. I'm no expert, but I can climb up there and see how they are hooked on and how to do it. He wanted us to order special customized hooks. I was always following up with his boss, sending emails and trying to get the job done. I called about an issue on my billing and never heard back. If you don't want to work or can't do you job, then T-Town needs to hire people that know what they are doing.

T-Town Roofing ROCKS!!! They even came out on Christmas Day and tarped my roof so I wouldn't have further damages! Thank you T-Town & [redacted] for making it happen!! You're the best!

After agreeing to have them replace my roof and settling on the price we signed a contract agreement that included so much up front and some monthly payments. Salesman said he would have to get an OK from the office he called and received the OK. They were going to start within the next 10 days. I didn't hear from them for almost two weeks then the salesman and GM shows up and said they couldn't honor the terms and had fired the man that approved the contract. They wanted thousands of dollars up front which I didn't have hence why the terms that they originally agreed too. When several months later with a different roofing company they did the same roof for $10K less. When I called to find out why they were doing this I was told the owner would get back to me. He never showed me the respect to even return my call. I can't respond to their work as it was never done however they are not an honorable company by any standard. I would NEVER recommend them for any reason.

T-Town Roofing's customer service was excellent. I thought I was going to have to pay out of pocket to repair my roof, but the sales representative found enough storm damage to get my roof replaced by my insurance company. He even arranged to met with my insurance agent. Everyone at T-Town Roofing was knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and reliable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend T-Town Roofing to my friends and family.
