We should've used Lowe'sLowe's is more professional, on time and knows how to do the jobHad T-Town do our guttersIt was suppose to take weeks from when I made the deposit and it took monthsI had to call and call to get them to come out to show up and finish the jobThere gutter guy was a jokeHe couldn't figure out how to take down and put up the cutters around our porchI'm no expert, but I can climb up there and see how they are hooked on and how to do itHe wanted us to order special customized hooksI was always following up with his boss, sending emails and trying to get the job doneI called about an issue on my billing and never heard backIf you don't want to work or can't do you job, then T-Town needs to hire people that know what they are doing
I could not have asked for a better company to have worked with on replacing my roof I was in a situation with a roof only years leaking and the company that installed it no longer in business T-Town tried to work with both my insurance company and the shingle manufacturer to get the situation resolvedI would recommend them to anyone - especially since they have been in business for many years and see roofing as a profession and not a quick in and out short term money maker
After agreeing to have them replace my roof and settling on the price we signed a contract agreement that included so much up front and some monthly paymentsSalesman said he would have to get an OK from the office he called and received the OKThey were going to start within the next daysI didn't hear from them for almost two weeks then the salesman and GM shows up and said they couldn't honor the terms and had fired the man that approved the contractThey wanted thousands of dollars up front which I didn't have hence why the terms that they originally agreed tooWhen several months later with a different roofing company they did the same roof for $10K lessWhen I called to find out why they were doing this I was told the owner would get back to meHe never showed me the respect to even return my callI can't respond to their work as it was never done however they are not an honorable company by any standardI would NEVER recommend them for any reason
T-Town Roofing's customer service was excellentI thought I was going to have to pay out of pocket to repair my roof, but the sales representative found enough storm damage to get my roof replaced by my insurance company He even arranged to met with my insurance agentEveryone at T-Town Roofing was knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and reliableI couldn't have asked for a better experienceI would highly recommend T-Town Roofing to my friends and family
T-Town Roofing ROCKS!!! They even came out on Christmas Day and tarped my roof so I wouldn't have further damages! Thank you T-Town & [redacted] for making it happen!! You're the best!
