I am rejecting this response
because:MrTownsley sent two personnel on Aug to fix the leakThey brushed *** Roof Coating on the roof and leftThe roof started leaking again on Aug and I immediately called Mr Townsley, but he did not answer, so I left a messageI called him again and left a message on & Aug Here it is Aug and he has not responded to any of my messages nor has the roof been fixed
