Review: On 9/22/13 I purchased a keg of beer for a party. I tapped the beer and my friends and I thought it tasted funny. I contacted T verrastro and returned it. They told me their salesman from resort beverage where they purchase there kegs from would decide if I was to get a refund. So if resort beverage refunds verrasrto they refund me. I went for a long time and got no answer. So I contacted [redacted]. I have a reference number with them [redacted]. I have copies of all my emails with [redacted]. I provided them with receipts and pictures of the keg and all the tags and numbers on that keg. [redacted] whom I have spoke with on the phone a number of times has been very helpful. She has spoken with both resort beverage and T verrastro. She found out from resorts sales records to t. veraastro that the keg when sold to me was over a year old. I just received an email from [redacted] today tell me that [redacted] and [redacted] will not return me any money and they have washed there hands off this situation. Since this has occurred my job has moved me from PA to Arkansas. With that send [redacted] told me she would be more then happy to refund me half of the purchase price of the keg since it was tapped and I am fine with that but Arkansas is one of three states that wont let alcohol- beverage companies refund money.Desired Settlement: I did return the keg half full because we drank out of it for the party I admit that. But it has been proven they knowingly sold me expired beer. I paid 127.20 for the beer. I would like half of my money back. [redacted] has proved they sold me an old keg. It is ridiculous that will not refund me my money. I have all my copies of email with [redacted] if you need me to supply them. It is best to contact me through eamil
