At 8:14 June 21, 2017 Mr. [redacted] contacted our office to schedule an appointment to service his cooling system because of insufficient cooling .  At 2:33 PM June 23 2017 an Allied technician visited Mr. [redacted]'s home to troubleshoot his 40-year old air handing unit.   This is a chilled...

water system and the internal coil passages were found clogged with debris causing insufficient flow of chilled water through the coil.  After flushing  Mr. [redacted]'s cooling coil, the unit resumed cooling and the tech left his home at 4:11 PM.  Mr. [redacted] paid for the service and we had no subsequent contact to indicate additional problems.  After 3-months time Mr. [redacted] contacted our office on Friday afternoon September 23, 2017 because water began leaking from the same 40-year old unit and damaged his floor.  He did not schedule an appointment at that time.   On Saturday morning September 24th Mr. [redacted] again contacted our office this time wanting to schedule an appointment.  Because of the unusual hot weather our regular schedule was booked until Monday morning.  An overtime appointment was offered as well as a regular Monday business hour appointment.  Mr. [redacted] refused both. Insisting that the problem was caused by the June service he refused to pay anything.  Mr. [redacted] immediately threatened to go to social media and write bad reviews on our company and employees and did so. Mr. [redacted]'s cooling unit is a 40-year old machine with aged and rotted components many of which can begin to leak solely because age and wear.  At no time was a request made by Mr. [redacted] to perform cleaning/maintenance on his cooling unit and at no time was service refused.   In the event a leak had been caused by a repair that was made, no charges would have been sought.   Tell us why here...
