He did not tell me it was only New York  warranty and I never told him when I was moving. I just wasted $4500 on now a junk car and because he's going against his word I now have no way to work or to move.

Harry called, she purchased the car as is because she lives out of state. I recommended she waited until she moved here with her boyfriend as she told me she was going to, so I could inspect it and give her the NYS warranty. called her and left a message to that effect.  The paper she provided is the NYS warranty- the back has further information. Those are on all cars.
