Review: About a year ago, we purchased a T3 mobility device to assist my daughter who has cerebral palsy navigate the USC campus. The T3 has had a number of problems since it was originally delivered, causing a service tech to come out to USC a number of times. When it was delivered at the start of this school year, it worked for two days before breaking again.The original sales person no longer works for the company. The original service tech quit earlier this year. [redacted], the service manager has been called repeatedly but responds sporadically. He has said the following regarding a recent call - he was on vacation; the phones don't work because the company recently moved; he has no email address for me. My daughter's T3 stopped working on Halloween and she texted the service tech. He responded that he would be back in touch with her the following Monday to arrange a repair. He then told her that he would be unable to help her because he was being to sent to other repairs. My daughter called the service manager who eventually responded. The T3 was picked up and I believe it was repaired. I received a call from [redacted] asking me for my credit card so he could charge me $550 for the repair. When I asked if there was an estimate I could see, an explanation of the charges, an explanation of the constant repair issues, he told me that they had no email address for me and I should just tell him my credit card number. I suggested that it would be important to find out why it kept breaking, and asked to speak to the CEO, since the cost of the T3 was $8,000. I left a message for him. I have left a number of messages, my daughter does not have her T3 and she will spend another weekend with the challenge of finding a way to navigate around USC.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a conversation with the CEO of T3 and I would like them to honor the commitment their salesman, [redacted] made, that if we purchased the T3, they would work with us to make sure the experience was a successful one for my daughter, [redacted]. To me this means that she will have a working T3. It also means they will respond to calls, make repairs promptly and communicate effectively.
