In response to this claim *** *** has been contacted by A+ Transmission and A+ has agreed to install the shifter assembly for $and the manager has issued an apology*** has stated she would call on Friday 3/6/and reschedule when she could bring in the car for the work to be

On 12/22/Ms*** dropped off her *** ***
for a free ptdiagnostic checkThe free ptdiagnostic was performed
and it was determined that the transmission did in fact have an internal
problemMs*** was given this information and told that an internal
inspection at
a cost of $would need to be performed to determine the
cause of failure and the cost to repair the transmissionShe agreed and A+
removed, dismantled and did the internal inspection of the transmission
On12/23/Ms*** was informed of the damage to the transmission and
given options for the repairs ranging from $to $On 12/24/a man
named *** came in and paid $for the inspection serviceWhen we asked him
what he was going to do with the vehicle he stated that he didn’t know, didn’t
care and he had told Ms*** she should have traded it in when she started
having problems, that he was ridding
himself of this problem and leftAt this time *** called Ms*** to ask
her what was happening and she stated she wanted to get a second opinionShe
even told us where she was taking the vehicleWe thanked her for doing
business with us and expressed our regret that we were not able to repair it
for herAbout an hour later a wrecker driver showed up to get the vehicleWe
explained that the transmission was out and the vehicle was unable to be moved
at this time because it needed to be reassembled and installed back into the
vehicleThe wrecker driver leaves and shortly after that *** calls and
demands the vehicle be ready in one hour or else*** was told the vehicle was
on the lift taken apart with a jack stand under it supporting the engineThe
transmission was on a bench disassembled for the internal inspectionIt was
Christmas Eve and we were closing earlyWe would be working shorthanded during
the holidays and it would be the following week at the earliest before we could
have the vehicle readyAt this point, *** threatened *** with his own A+
special and hung up*** called back immediately and a lady who said she was
Ms***’s *** answered the phoneWhen *** asked to speak with *** he
was told *** was not there, could *** explain what was going on to her
*** explained everything to her again several times but she really didn’t
understand what he was explaining until he told her if he removed the jack
stand supporting the engine it could fall out and do more damage to the
vehicleShe told him not to do that and take the time necessary to put it back
togetherOn 12/29/Ms*** called and wanted a status on her carShe
was told we are doing the best we can but we are still shorthanded and that it
is more difficult to reassemble a damaged transmission than one being repaired
properlyWe needed more time. On
12/30/she called to check status and told we had no new information for her
at this timeOn 12/31/when she called to check status we told her it wasn’t
looking good and it would be after the New Year before it would be readyShe
said she didn’t care if the transmission was reassembled and put back in her
vehicle she had to have it today!! We told her the only way to do that was to
reassemble the under carriage of the vehicle without the transmission and to
put the rest of the parts in the back of the vehicleShe said I don’t care
about that I just want the carWe agreed to do that and she and another lady
came with a wrecker truck and picked up the vehicleWhen she arrived the
technicians were still getting everything together and into her vehicle, when
they finished the wrecker driver hooked up and left
I fail to understand why Ms*** thinks we owe her
anythingWe did what we said we would do except reinstall the transmission and
we are still willing to do that if given the time and opportunity
