At no time should you have been Hung up on,or made to feel as though you where getting the run around, for this I apologize Because we are a franchise, and handle all of our own billing, there is a added step when requesting to be prorated or have credits issued that sometimes causes delaysOnce the local manager was notified of the request he gave his approval, and the process of crediting your account beganThe one thing that might seem as a delay to you is that we cannot complete the credit until the actual container is picked upIn this case the container was picked up empty on August 18th, with a credit being issued on the 27thEven though we had to wait to complete the final pithe time to get the credit was too longWe are actively working with our franchisor to implement software changes that will significantly reduce that gap and allow for better communication to the customerAgain I apologize for any confusion and I can assure you that we are working very hard to increase efficiencies within our call center and streamline communication to the field

I am rejecting this response because:
I was told something 100% differentI was told there were no notes in the system to authorize my refundI had to jump through hoops to get this refund even though I was told I would receive a 1/month refund (which is on the recordings)Still I had to call multiple times and get hung up on multiple timesThis is not an issue with the local branch - this is an issue with PODS at the corporate level
