We received your letter concerning Mike *** dated June 16, There are a number of items that are wrong on this complaint First of all the letter was sent to our Two Rivers, Wisconsin location and this work was done at our Sheboygan, Wisconsin location When Mr*** contacted us we asked him to send photos of the problem he was experiencing After several days he did send these photos for us to review We explained to him that we were in the process of closing this operation in our company and that if he wanted us to rework them that he needed to do it quickly before this equipment was dismantled and moved off site We could have done any necessary repairs to them had he complied with our requests but he wanted to wait until fall or early winter to have this work done We explained that we could not accommodate this because the equipment will be removed by that time I am sorry that Mr*** would not comply with our return requests and chose to go someplace elseThank you, [redacted] Wilson AveSheboygan, WI 53081Office: 920-458-3790Cell: 920-912-

I will not take my exhaust manifolds off my car until around thanksgiving! It is only driven in summertime and I'm am not giving up on several weeks of driving or showing my carMoney back or redo around thanksgiving are the only acceptable solutions to me

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]First of alli sent pictures the very next dayYes they said they could recoat them if I could have them on their dock by May This would not work for me because I only drive this car during the warm months and the largest mopar show in the Midwest was the weekend of June fourth, which I had already prepaid for my spotThey would not guarantee that my manifolds would be back in time for the showI also am concerned about the quality of workI think they deserve another chance to do the job correctly, but am concerned about their ability to do soIf they would of told me last fall that they were not going to be doing ceramic coating soon and that my one year warranty was worthless I would of gone elsewhereThat is why the only resoulation that I can see is the return of my moneyOne they are out of that type of business and two I am not willing to be without my Road Runner Convertible which I drive a lot this time of yearI had actually only contacted them to let them know I was unhappy with their work and would be sending my exhaust manifolds in to them before my one year written Gurantee was up, that's when I was told they were removing equiptment.
