I purchased a trim kit from TA. You have to pay for the product upfront and takes about 2 weeks to receive which is fine.
I got trim kit and when my kitchen guy as I was doing a major reno came to finish up cabinets and install kit it was the wrong color in the right box, so I take back to TA and they say we'll reorder and I wait 2 weeks go by I call my order guy he's not in leave message. 2 days later call again leave yet another message no response, finally by 5th day he picks up and says oh I didn't get message phone must be broke I'll see whats going on, well its not even ordered their warehouse has issue with whole batch being wrong color will have to order from states. I proceed to to say with all my headaches with this not to mention I'll be out $100 so guy can come finish kit and cupboard around kit what can you do for me all he says is sorry and goes on about shipment so I ask again and he transfers me to customer relations .This guy asks what is problem and I start to tell him and they he doesn't let me finish and starts reiterating what I said then says he will call [redacted] see what he can do for me call when you receive new trim kit. Well finally after 7 weeks I get my new trim kit. I try calling customer relations guy no answer so I left a message then a call then a message no return,this I did 3 times on the 4th he finally picked up got my number so he knew what I was calling about said how bout this ill give you $60 refund which means by that he never called [redacted] he just came up with a number, never apologized for inconvenience and was quick to brush me off. So I'm still out money I had to pay guy to come back not a lot but just the point, The customer relations guy talks to you like your an it and its your fault and doesn't even know how to apologize for your inconvenience like its my fault product was wrong. I understand mistakes happen but an apology and communication go a long way
