The Deck Contractor under complaint # *** has resolved my complaint regarding the deck inspection with the city The final inspectionwas completed on Jul The city inspector left a passing inspection document Will follow up with sending a copyof the inspection sheet for
verification Since this is not a free standing deck the inspector indicated no certificate of occupancy is given and I can use the copy of the final inspection once I am ready to sell the property in the future I did receive a call from the contractor on Jul to make sure the deck had the permit attached No other discussionor status was provided This complaint has been resolved and I am satisfied with the Deck Contractor in getting the inspection passed.
